It has been 2 months since Scarlett moved in with Morgan and things had been great they had a good routine going and that helped them.

Morgan would get up and let Boots out while he made Coffee, Scarlett would get ready and make their bed and head downstairs. They both ate breakfast together before heading to work.

One of the days Morgan woke up Sick and couldn't go to work so Scarlett went alone. Morgan heard the door shut and shot out of bed. He wasn't sick, he was going to buy a ring.

Morgan frantically dialed Caleighs number telling her to meet him at Jared jewelers. He drove his truck and met Caleigh where they picked out a stunning diamond ring with sliver accents. He knew she'd love it.

He payed and quickly made his way back home where he hid the ring in his attic. He layed on the couch waiting for Scarlett to get back. She arrived and sat her bag down.

"You feelin okay? You usually never get this sick" she asks, worry in her voice. "Im alright, I'm not even feeling sick anymore" he assures.

"You sure? I can make you some soup or something" she asks. "I'm fine honey, I promise" he replies. Scarlett shrugs and sits next to him. "So, how was work?" He asks.

"Good but, I'm leaving next month for Larry Fleets tour" She explains, Morgan's eyes widen.
"How long will you be gone?" He asks. "About 2 months" she replies.

He had to propose that month.

"Dang! 2 whole months!? How am I gonna live without my beautiful girl here?" He exclaims dramatically putting the back of his hand on his forehead.

"You'll live" she replies laughing at his gesture.

A couple days pass and Scarlett is out shopping with Caleigh witch gives him just enough time to get a makeshift proposal together.

He scattered rose pedals from the front door to the backyard where he had fairy lights strung from the back patio.
It was simple, but he knew she wouldn't care.

He lit some candles along the way to the backyard and waited for her to get home. He hears her car and gets into position with the ring in his hand. He takes a breath as he hears the door unlock.

"Morgan? What is all this?" She questioned as she walked towards the back door. "Morgan? What's going on baby?" She asks smiling at the stuff.

He twirled her around and kissed her before getting on his knee. "Oh my god" she mutters covering her mouth with her hand.

"Scarlett, I know we've had our ups and downs, and I certainly don't deserve you, but you have made me the happiest man I have ever been to spend all these years with you and I want that to last forever, will you marry me?"

As the question slipped out of his mouth her answer felt like it was taking an eternity. "Yes! Yes! I will marry you!" She shouts with a happy tear sliding down her face.

"Look a there, I made you cry a happy tear this time" he teases sliding the ring on her finger and wrapping his arms around her.

"I love you" she mutters. "I love you more my beautiful Fiancé" he replies, she smiles at the name.

Just like that Scarlett left for Larry Fleers tour and Morgan was left in Nashville. He could hardly focus on anything work related because he missed her.

Micheal sits in front of him at his desk holding Caleigh on his lap while he worked. He rubbed the back of his neck and sighed.

"You good?" Micheal asks. "Missin Scar, that's about it" he replies. "Awww, I think it's cute yall miss eachother" Caleigh exclaims. Morgan laughs and tries to work.

"God I've gotta call her" He mutters standing up and walking outside. He dials her number and she quickly picks up.

"Hey! What's up?" She asks.

"Missin you"

"Same but I'll be back before ya know it!"

"What are you doing right now?"

"About to go to soundcheck and then we're going out for drinks"

"Alright, I won't keep you any longer, have fun, I love you"

"I love you too"

He hung up and walked back in with Micheal. "So?" Micheal asks. "She's doing her thing" Morgan replies.
"Aren't you gonna see her in a couple days?" Caleigh asks.

"Yeah, once she lands in Memphis I'll be there for a show" He replies. "What're you gonna do while your there?" Micheal asks. "Spend time with her" Morgan answers.

Micheal winks and Caleigh smacks him. "Micheal! Stop it!"
"Ouch! It was a joke jeez!" Micheal pleads, Morgan slightly laughing.

Morgan landed in Memphis eager to see Scarlett. His show wasn't until the next day so he had all day with her.
He made his way to where they were at and spotted Scarlett's bus.

He took a breath and knocked on the door excited to see her. "Come in!" She shouts from what sounded like the back of the bus.

He walks in and she doesn't turn around. "Your papers are right on the counter! And I've got-" she turns around realizing it was Morgan.

"Morgan!" She shouts running towards him. "Surprised?" He teases. "Yes! I thought you were Larry!" She shouts with a laugh.

She kisses him softly and smiles. "Cmon, I'll show you around" she suggests pulling him towards the bunk she's been sleeping in.

"Dang, all dudes?" He asks. "Yeah, that's why it stinks in here" she teases. Morgan felt a wave of jealousy come over him think about all these guys being with her.

They spent the rest of their day walking around together and talking until Scarlett had to go to soundcheck.
Morgan waited in her dressing room until she arrived. She walks in and locks the door behind her.

She jumped on top of Morgan and knocked his phone out of his hand. "Woah, there are people everywhere" he argues.

"I don't care, the door is locked, hurry up" she adds. "Whatever you say" he replies. She quickly throws her clothes in the floor and he follows. "Your crazy Scarlett, someone is gonna hear us"

"Not if you keep quiet, you think you can handle that?" She adds. "I don't know can you?" He adds tracing his hand down her stomach.

Her body shivers and she looks at him faintly. "I can" she confidently replies. Their movements get more intense by the second and Morgan is worried someone will hear them.

Scarlett holds back from making a sound and breaks away. "I was about to crack, we've gotta stop" she mentions.
"Thought you said you could be quiet" he teases.

"I could until you got me fired up" she claps back. She slips her clothes back on and so does he and they make their way out of the dressing room as nonchalantly as they could.

"Have a good time there Scarlett?" Her crew partner whispers. Her face turns bright red. "You- you, heard that?" She asks embarrassingly. "Loud and clear" he replies looking traumatized.

"Sorry" she apologized walking back to Morgan. "They heard us" she admits embarrassed by her actions.
Morgan face palms himself and walks away.

Later that night Morgan left and Scarlett was left to finish tour.
