I DON'T have classes for my internship; I'm at school right now, walking in the hallway of the campus. I noticed the eyes of the students. But this time, they are not eyes of judgment or bullying.

It seems like they are giving me some respect because of Grant.

"Hey, look! It's the new power couple!" Acacia said as she ran towards me.

May bata na naman.

"Sana all may boyfriend na katulad ni Grant." Dagdag ni Lizzie.

"Wag ka nga maingay, yan na naman yong bibig mo e." Bara ko sa kanya.

"Sorry, but who wouldn't want a guy like him? He's so sweet and protective." Sabi niya at hawak ang dalawang pisngi.

"Alam mo ba? Yung mga dati mong nambubully sayo, ngayon parang wala nang lakas ng loob." Singit ni Sera.

Pumalakpak si Lizzie. "Kasi nga, ikaw na yung may taga-protektang gwapo."

However, it is unavoidable to receive glances from others. Even though no one is mocking or bullying me anymore, I still feel the pressure from other people.

Sometimes I wonder what they think about me.

We were on our way to Sir Diaz because we were going to submit our project to him. While we were walking, I heard some whispers from other students.

"Did you see her with Grant? Ang cute nila nung nasa park." sabi ng isang babae.

"Yeah, may chemistry sila." Sagot ng isa pa.

Napatingin ako kila Lizzie. "Narinig niyo ba yon?" Ani ko.

"Yup, and you deserve it. After everything that happened before." Sambit ni Sera.

Pagdating namin kay Sir Diaz, nakita naming nakaupo siya sa kanyang desk at mukhang abala sa pag-check ng papers.

"Good morning po, Sir." Sabay-sabay naming bati.

"Good morning. I'm glad to see you all here on time." Bungad niya habang tinitingnan ang aming project. "I'm excited to see what you've come up with."

Habang ipinapasa namin ang project namin, napansin kong mas naging magaan ang pakiramdam ko kumpara noon.

Dati-rati ay palaging kinakabahan ako tuwing may presentation o pagsusulit dahil baka husgahan ako ng iba.

Gra- graduate na rin sa mga reportings.

"Okay, good job on this project! I can see the effort you put into it." Sabi ni Sir Diaz at ngumiti siya sa amin. "Keep it up!"

Nginitian namin si Sir Diaz ng malawak.

Paglabas namin mula kay Sir Diaz, nagpasya kaming dumaan muna sa cafeteria para bumili ng snacks bago pumunta sa samgyupsal .

"Samahan nyo akong bumili ng milk tea muna." Ika ko habang naglalakad kami patungo sa counter.

"May samgyupsal pala sa malapit dito sa school, stars." Sabat ni Lizzie habang abala siyang nag-scroll sa phone niya.

"Ay oo. Zie, meron pala rito yon." Sang ayon ni Sera.

Habang naghihintay kami sa counter, biglang may lumapit na grupo ng mga estudyante, yung mga dating nambubully sakin mga alipin ni Roxanna at tila nahihiya silang makipag-usap.

Anong drama na naman to?

"Umm... we just wanted to say sorry for how we treated you before." Sabi ng isang lalaki mula doon.

Nabigla ako at hindi alam kung anong isasagot.

"Ah... okay lang?" Sabi ko nang medyo hesitant.

"I mean... we didn't realize how strong you are now and how lucky you are to have someone like Sir. Grant by your side." Dagdag ng kasama niya.
