Epilogue

1 Year Later

Marie sat in the waiting room at the local hospital with Mitch and Georgia. They had been at her doctors appointment when they got the call to rush downstairs. That was 45 minutes ago and they hadn't heard anything. Mitch was calmly talking to the lady at the desk trying to get information.

Marie stood up when the doors swung open and Alex walked towards her. He looked like he was walking on air, grinning from ear to ear. The whole group crowded around him to hear what he had to say.

Alex couldnt believe what had just happened, he looked at his family and started speaking. "First Liv is wonderful! But we have some suprising news. She delivered a perfect healthy 5.7 lb boy who we named Keith William Green. Then came the shock as Lilliana Rose Green came out at 5.6 Lbs followed closely by Alexandra Olivia Green at 5.9 Lbs."

The whole group gasped and Olivia's dad said " Triplets? You have triplets??" Alex laughed and nodded "The doctor never could figure out why she was getting so big with just the one boy! He was hiding his sisters! This has been the best day ever! Aunt Marie is in remission! Now we have triplets!"

After answering the questions everyone threw his way he pulled Marie aside and spoke softly. " We want you to come back first." As they walked into the room Liv reached out for Alex's hand. Alex said " I know that technically you are my Aunt but you have always been the only mother I have ever known.. As our children grow we both want you to be know as their Grandmother. Is that alright with you?"

Marie's tears fell quietly down her cheeks and she hugged Olivia and then Alex. He introduced her to her grandbabies. She hugged him once more tightly and whispered "My cup runneth over."
