"Las, I need to talk to you!" I whispered grabbing my sister and dragging her away.

"(Y/n)? What is it? You're not normally this secretive."

I sighed and bit my lip, "You have to promise not to say anything, and I mean anything, to anyone? Including Father?"

"I might regret it, but okay," my sister responded, "If it's that important to you I'll keep it a secret."

I smiled, taking a deep breath, as I opened up my small bag attached to my waist, pulling out the small stick, "Discovered this earlier..." I muttered, handing it to her, "It's clean, don't worry."

Thalassa's eyes widened as she saw the two small lines on the stick, before she keeled over with laughter, "This is great! (Y/n), you're finally growing up!"

"Shut up and give it back! You said you wouldn't say anything, now stop before you cause a scene!" I shouted, trying to get it back from her.

"One condition."

I growled, "No no conditions, give it back before I kidnap Trucy!"

Her eyes widened and she held the positive test out to me, but before I could take it from her grasp, she recoiled it, "But just tell me one thing; who's the father?"

I rolled my eyes, despite her being older than me, she acted like she was my younger sister at times, "Las, please. Why does it matter?"

"Then I guess I'll just tell everyone."

I rolled my eyes, "Fine," but instead of continuing my sentence, I grabbed the edge of my cape and pointed to one of the heart-shaped motifs on it, then up to where the broach holding my cape together was, "All I'm going to say."

Her eyes widened and she started laughing again, "Does he know?" At the shake of my head, Thalassa continued, "Interesting... Hey, Valant! (Y/n) wants to talk to you about something!" She shouted, waving the test in the air, turning my face bright red, "THALASSA! You promised not to say anything!"

She chuckled evilly before walking off, just as Valant walked over, "(Y/n)? What is it? What did you want to tell me?" I could detect a small amount of hope in his voice and a small glance towards my lips. I gulped and bit my lip, refusing to make eye contact with him, "Well.. the thing is... You see... I.. I'm... well-"

"Oh for Merlin's sake! She's trying to tell you she's pregnant and the kid's yours," I heard my sister's voice shout as she appeared from behind a corner, a small smirk on her face as she shoved the test that she still had in her hands, into Valant's, "And there's your proof. No, it's not mine."

"Thalassa.... You're DEAD to me!" I snarled my face now the same colour as the scarves around mine and my sister's necks. Thalassa just patted me on the head in a condescending manner, "You'll thank me later," was all she said before walking off.

"(Y/n)? Is it true? O-or is Thalassa just trying to prank me?"

I bit my lip and snatched the test from his hands as I scoffed, "Would be a pretty damn mean prank, wouldn't it? It's true, but listen; I know I can get paperwork and stuff that means you legally don't have to look after this child. I'll do it all alone, you don't have to help in any way or anything. No child support is needed. In fact, I can go right now and ask the courts for the paperwork!" I spoke quickly, not letting him get a word in before walking off. As I got a few steps away from him, I felt Valant grab my wrist and pull me back towards him, but before I could comprehend it, he'd taken my cheeks in his hands and kissed me deeply. I blinked in surprise as he broke off and moved his hands to my stomach, "It takes two to make a baby, (Y/n). I'm not going to let you do this alone. Yes, we both might have been drunk, so we both have to take responsibility for our actions."
