I let out a small giggle as Jove started peppering kisses on the back of my neck, his arms wrapped around my waist from behind, placing his hands on my stomach, "I love you, so much. Both of you."

I giggled, "I love you too, JJ."

"You're on in 30 seconds, (Y/n)!" I heard my manager shout and Jove untabled himself from me, giving me a small peck on the lips before taking his place with his guitar.

"And here she is! The moment you've all been waiting for! (Y/n)!"

I smiled and walked onto the stage, hearing the audience cheering. As I scanned them, to see if there was anyone I recognised, and gasped when I spotted a woman, about the same age as Jove and I, her light brown hair pulled into two plaits over her shoulders. When I spotted the young boy and girl sitting beside her, I worked it out; Thalassa. Jove's ex-wife, as she believed him to be dead. To her, he'd died in the fire that killed Khura'in's queen. I put the thoughts to the back of my head as I took a deep breath, getting ready to start. I'd written the lyrics myself, not having given Jove any form of idea what they were for him to write the music, but it had come together well when he'd shown me what he'd written, and this would be the first time anyone apart from myself would hear the lyrics. I gave a small smirk and nodded towards my boyfriend, who started playing his guitar.

On cue, I started singing, "He was a boy, she was a girl, can I make it any more obvious?" I glanced towards Jove, then towards Thalassa who was sitting with her children.

"He was a performer, she did magic, what more can I say? He wanted her, she'd never tell secretly she wanted him as well." I sang the next line, remembering the small amount of information Jove had told me about his and Thalassa's relationship, and what her father had said when she told him she loved him.

"But all of her friends stuck up their nose and they had a problem with his baggy clothes," again, I remembered that Jove had told me that the rest of the magic troupe Thalassa was a part of before she married him didn't like the idea of the two, which is why she'd ended up running away, to marry him.

"He was a skater boy, she said, "See you later, boy", he wasn't good enough for her. She had a pretty face, but her head was up in space, she needed to come back down to Earth!" I continued, giving Thalassa a small smirk as I could tell she'd now realised Jove was alive and hadn't been killed.

"Five years from now, she sits at home, feedin' the baby, she's all alone. She turns on TV, guess who she sees? Skater boy rockin' up MTV!" I sang, remembering the news from a year ago; Thalassa's new husband had disappeared after his trial leaving Thalassa to raise the two children alone, "She calls up her friends, they already know, and they've all got tickets to see his show, she tags along and stands in the crowd looks up at the man that she turned down!" I continued, sending a smile towards Jove, giving Thalassa the impression that she wouldn't get him back.
