Chapter 8: The Fourth Man in the Fire

Angelo Lombardi was seeing red. He had never thought, that he would ever get to that point of rage towards his best friend.

But here he was now, after dropping his baby sister home, the Nephilim was raising through the streets trying to get to Jason's house.

Angelo hit the breaks of his car, as soon as he arrived at Jason's house and quickly he climbed out of it. He basically run towards the door and he furiously started pounding on it. The Nephilim was so angry that he never even realized as his eyes started glowing bright silver- blue, he was that furious.

"I'm coming! I'm coming!" The second Jason opened the door he was met by Angelo's fist, which send the human a few feet back from the door and into the floor, as he hold his bloody nose.

"What the fuck!?" Amy screamed loudly as she stood up from the couch and went to run towards Jason, but Angelo's glare put her on her place.

"What the fuck, man?!" Jason yelled in shock and confusion, as he hold his bloody nose.

Angelo's glowing furious eyes shifted towards his best friend, as he looked down at him in disbelieve "'What the fuck?' You really are going to ask me that?!" He furiously yelled at him "Do you know, that stupid stunt that you pulled at Fangtasia, did to my sister?!"

Jason looked up at the furious in shock and panic "G-G-Gabi? Is she okay?" He asked him nervously as he stood up.

Angelo gritted his teeth, as his eyes stopped glowing but his glare never softened "No Jason, she is not okay. Because of you, she is now put in a position, from where she can not leave, unless he lets her!"

Jason furrow his brows in confusion "What are you talking about?"

"That vampire that we tried to warn you about, Eric Northman, the ower of Fangtasia, he fucking put his claim on Gabriela!?" Angelo yelled at him angrily "He's been waiting to claim her, ever since we met him. And now because of you, she was caught of guard and now he owns her. She is his now, because of you, Jason?!"

"How is that my fault?" Jason asked him, as he wiped the blood from his nose.

Angelo looked at him with wide eyes "How is this your fault? You threw my baby sister, across the room. She hit the wall so hard, that her head started bleeding and every fucking vampire went after her! Now everybody knows who she is and what she is?!" He yelled loudly at him and Jason's eyes widen in horror at that "And on top of everything, every fucking vampire soon will find out that The Nephilim from the legends, had been claimed by Eric Northman and he is a well known vampire."

Jason's eyes widen at that information and his heart dropped into his stomach. He knew Gabriela's whereabouts was a dangerous information. Ever since Angelo and Gabriela's parents were murdered, the older Lombardi was always very overprotective over his baby sister, and the reason is that, their parent's killer was never caught. And Angelo always believed that Isabella and Matteo died, trying to protect their little girl.
