"I'd like you to know-" Gabriela grumbled as she and Sookie were walking towards the Compton residence "-this is the most fucked up plan you've ever had."
Sookie rolled her eyes at her "Stop complaining. You're my Protector right? Where ever I go, you go." She shot at her as they passed a strange car.
Gabriela nodded sarcastically "Yeah, I know, but guess what? I can also bleed."
"Oh come on. That's why I have you around, to kick everyone's ass." Sookie whines as she dragged Gabriela to the door.
Sookie was about to knock on the door, when Gabriela got a bad feeling and quickly grabbed her hand "Wait." She whispered "Something's wrong." She hightened her senses and then looked towards Sookie with wide eyes "Bill is not alone."
The door opened in that moment and both girls looked towards it and saw a black woman leaning against the doorway dressed like she was stuck in the '70s. She eyed both girls like a juicy steak, and Gabriela felt relieve washing over her as she remembered to hide her scent.
Gabriela grabbed Sookie's hand and pulled her behind her, as she snarled at the vampire in front of them.
"Well, hey there, little human chicks." She greeted them with a smirk.
"Hi, we're here to drop off some information about an electrician for Bill Compton." Sookie told the woman, which was obviously a lie.
"Is he in?" Gabriela asked her angrily.
"Maybe." She smoothly answered back with a smirk.
A man with long brown hair appeared from behind the woman and smirked at the two girls "They smell fresh." He extended his fangs and hissed at the girls.
Gabriela was glaring at the vampires in front of her, while holding tightly into Sookie's hand, while she started backing her up, but when they turned around a third vampire was standing behind them, growling at the girls.
"Maybe you two ought to come on inside." The male vampire at the door, attempted to glomour both girls which only pissed the Nephilim.
Gabriela glared at him angrily "Are you trying to glamour us?!"
All of them stopped hissing at the girls and looked at them in shock "Yes." The vampire with the long hair answered.
Gabriela snored at them "Well, the three of you are very stupid then. It's not working on us."
"Why not?" The bald one asked them in confusion.
Sookie turned towards him "We don't know! It just doesn't."
The three vampires shared a look in confusion "Is Bill available?" Gabriela asked them.
"Let them in." Bill's voice bellowed from inside "Diane do not harm them. Bring them to me." He said again.
