Chapter 35: Fresh Blood

Gabriela had no idea if it has been minutes or hours, since Eric left her and Sookie chained up like animals in his dungeon. Sookie was trying to get the collor off her neck and Gabriela just gave up of anything.

She felt so betrayed by the man she was in love with, yet again that she didn't have any will power left in her.

"Gabi." Sookie crawled towards her and grabbed her hand "Gabi, I know you feel awful right now and you feel very betrayed, by him yet again... but we need to get out of here."

Gabriela slowly looked towards her Protected with teary eyes "What is the point Sook? I get us out and then we run and before we know it, we are back here." She shook her head "I just don't see the point of fighting anymore."

Sookie widen her eyes, as her Protector said that. She just couldn't believe that the strongest person she knew, the person that never went down without a fight, had given up completely.

"Don't you dare say that, Gabriela Lombardi!" Sookie snapped at her.

"Tell me what is the point Sook?" Gabriela asked her with broken eyes "After so many damn times he betrayed me and used me, I still run back to him. I mean what is wrong with me?" Gabriela cry out "Am I some kind of a masochist? I love the way he hurts me?"

Sookie shook her head and grabbed her face making Gabriela look up at her "You're not a masochist, okay? You just fell in love for the first time Gabi. You just fell hard, you saw something in him that nobody else have even seen and I don't think that is something bad. Gabi I saw the look on his face when he locked us here, he was guilty and sorry for doing it. I don't know what his plan is, and I don't know if he locked us here to protect us or for something else... but what I know, is how much he loves you." Sookie wiped Gabriela's tears with her tump "Don't give up. When your parents died, you and Angelo never gave up. You both never gave up looking and searching for the monster that killed your parents, and when Angelo died you kept going and you finally found him Gabi. You made a promise remember?" Gabriela gritted her teeth and she nodded "You're going to make Russell pay for what he did to your parents. For that to happen... you are not giving up! You hear me!"

Gabriela heard her. She did made a promise that she was going to make Russell pay for what he did to her parents. Sookie was right no matter what she never gave up fighting, and she can't do it now.

Gabriela nodded before her eyes glowed bright green and she grabbed the collar around her neck, before she used her strenght and broke it. Sookie smiled at her and nodded proud of the Nephilim.

Gabriela then grabbed Sookie's collar and broke it too, Sookie stood up and run towards the wall and grabbed a silver chain from there, before both girl run out of the dungeon.

When they walked past Eric's office they saw a woman in front of them, that was walking towards them. She looked towards the girls and her eyes widen "Quick. Bitch Pam, killing your boyfriend." She told them with Russian accent.
