"We're looking at a Tru Blood factory outside Houston, Texas, where an explosion occurred about an hour ago. The cause is still undetermined, but early reports indicate that there have been at least six human casualties. The Houston plant is the largest Tru Blood factory in the world, producing more than a quarter of the world's supply of the synthetic blood beverage that vampires need to survive."

Gabriela was glaring at the huge plasma TV in the Authority chambers, while she was leaning against one of the colums away from the vampires.

"It's begun." Salome's voice made the Nephilim to shift her glare towards the woman, as she rounded around the table, where a man was being strapped on.

It made Gabriela sick in the stomach, watching this but with those lunatics around she prefered to be near Eric, and he prefered that too. He was angry at Bill's stupid idea, there was no question about that, because of him a major supplier of Tru Blood was gone, and the vampires were slowly being pushed to openly feed.

"Praise Lilith." Bill monotonous voice echoed around the room, while he never once took his eyes from the man on the table.

Eric and Gabriela shared a look, they could see that Bill was starting to believe in all of this bullshit and he was starting loose his mind.

They needed to get out of there.

"In celebration on her holy war, let us feast in Lilith's name." Nora smiled at Salome as she said that, before she turned towards the Nephilim "Gabi, if you want we can ask someone to get you something to eat?"

Gabriela blankly looked at the young vampire "I've lost my appetite. But thanks for asking." She send her a sarcastic smile.

Nora purshed her lips into a thin line, before she softly nodded at the Nephilim and turned her head back looking down at the human.

"Should we say Grace?" Russell asked as he looked around, before his eyes stopped on the blonde brooding vampire "Northman?"

"Well, prayer is a fairy new concept to me." Eric subly smirked at him "Perhaps someone with a little more experience should do it."

Salome opened her mouth ready to start a prayer when Steve interrupted her. "It would be my honor. Here's a tried and true one from my human days."

Gabriela smirked subly and crossed her arms "This out to be good."

Steve glared at the Nephilim, who glared back at him as she flashed her eyes red- orange and he quickly looked away from her.

"'There once was cock and a hen who gave lunch to a goose in a pen.'" Salome and Nora both were glaring at him "'Good Lord' said the goose, 'Bless this food for our use and us to Thy service.' Amen."

Russell laughed and clapped at the prayer, while the others just continued to glare at the priest.

Salome glared at Steve before she turned towards the Nephilim "I kind of understand why you hate him so much, Miss Lombardi."
