It cuts to the docks. Hirusto is debriefing and giving out orders to a few of the organization's members. Three men are shown riddled with bullet holes on the ground.

"Huh," Yosano was slightly surprised to see the older man. "We really don't see much of you."

"Actually, this is the first time," Tanizaki thinks back.

"Nope, he was in episode eleven part one," Ranpo corrected.

"Oh yeah," murmured throughout the audience.

"Hey, you guys think we will see Mister Fancy Hat?"

Papers were heard turning before Kunikida responded. "No, Kenji we won't. Chuuya said, he wasn't around when Dazai left."

"That sucks," Kenji sighed.

"Kid, I'm right here. If you want to talk or whatever," Chuuya trying not to show his care for his juniors.

"Really?"

"Yeah, man." The executive almost sounded excited by a future hangout session with Kenji.

"I believe an executive will be here to assist us shortly," Before Hirusto could put his cigarette in his mouth to light it he was cut off.

"I don't know you guys, are we sure Dazai is the guy?" Tanizaki questioned.

"You're joking right?" Tachihara fired back.

"I'm just saying, he ain't that different from his normal self."

"The only misfortune for Dazai enemies," Kouyou started, joined by other members.

"–Dazai's enemies," finished Mori.

"Okay, I get it! It is so fucking weird that, that saying exists." Tanizaki bowed out.

"Now sit down and shut up, you might learn something," Chuuya growled to the younger redhead.

Dazai's happy-go-lucky voice made him pause.

"Good Morning everyone," he is seen above them on top of a wall, playing a handheld PlayStation console.

"First lesson from the demon prodigy, bring handheld to missions," Tachihara said, pertaining to writing it down on his hand.

"That's not the point!"

"Hang on a second I'm almost through this really difficult level," the brunet seems to be playing a racing game. Everyone below takes a more formal posture straightening up.

"Dammit all," Kunikida seethed.

"Now, now, Kunikida, there is no need for such language,"

Kunikida didn't know why he was surprised but he kind of hoped that Dazai would be more serious in his past occupation.

"Ah, crap he got ahead of me. Well, how about some of this?! What! He dodged it!?"

"Get Off Your Damn Game!" Chuuya yelled.

"Why? Does it bother you Chuuya?" Dazai mocked.

"Yes, it is distracting and rude to Hirotsu," Chuuya said, ready to pound Dazai into the ground.

"I really don't mind, sir," Chuuya sighed at Hirotsu's utter respect for authority.

Hirotsu starts to debrief Dazai as he continues playing his game, "Thank you for taking time to come out here, sir."

"Not like he was that busy," Yosano threw out.

"It's been awhile since we had anyone reckless enough to attack a Port Mafia depo."
