-3rd Person-

The hospital room was filled with the sound of animated voices, a sharp contrast to the quiet darkness that had enveloped Yui's world the night before. As she slowly regained consciousness, the cacophony of arguments and the occasional peals of laughter filtered through the haze of her groggy state.

Blinking against the bright, sterile light of the hospital room, she became aware of the bustling activity around her.

Her head still felt heavy, and the needle attached to her hand made her feel slightly disconnected from her surroundings. But it was the vibrant noise that truly pulled her from her drowsy state. She turned her head slowly, her eyes taking in the scene around her.

Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Ino were sprawled on the floor, their faces contorted in exaggerated expressions of frustration and determination. Their voices rose and fell in a heated discussion about their math homework, the subject of their argument as lively as their personalities.

"Why does math have to be so complicated?!" Naruto's voice was almost a roar, his hands waving in the air as if to emphasize his point.

"I don't get why we have to solve these ridiculous equations. It's not like they're going to help us become better shinobi!"

Sakura, sitting cross-legged with a math book open in front of her, threw her hands up in exasperation. "It's not just about being a shinobi, Naruto. We need to understand this stuff for our missions and strategy. And besides, it's not like you're the only one struggling!"

Ino, peering over her own homework, nodded vigorously. "Yeah, and don't get me started on fractions! Why can't they just make things simpler? It's like they're trying to make us fail!"

Sasuke, leaning back against the wall with a look of stoic resignation, muttered, "At least you're not alone in this. I've got my own share of problems with these problems."

Kurenai, who had been sitting by the couch with a stack of paperwork, was now trying to intervene, her voice calm but firm. "Alright, everyone, let's try to focus. I know math can be frustrating, but we need to find a way to work through it together."

Despite the lively commotion, Yui remained quiet, her gaze drifting over the animated faces around her. They're so... full of life. It's almost like their energy is a different world from the one I've been in. She felt a pang of guilt, the earlier events weighing heavily on her mind.

What if I hurt them too?

Kakashi, who had been seated by her bedside, noticed her waking and immediately rose from his chair. He approached her with a gentle smile, taking her hand in his. His touch was warm and reassuring, a silent promise that he was there for her. It's good to feel this comfort. I don't want to speak... not now.

His presence was a grounding force amidst the chaos. Kakashi didn't say anything, simply holding her hand and letting her absorb the sounds of the lively room. His eyes flickered with concern, but he respected her need for quiet, allowing her to take in the scene at her own pace.

The kids and Kurenai's argument continued, oblivious to Yui's waking presence. But soon, as if sensing a shift in the atmosphere, their voices began to lower. They turned, their gazes landing on Yui, and their expressions shifted from irritation to concern.

"Oh my gosh, Yui!" Sakura exclaimed, her voice rising with worry. "You're awake! How are you feeling? Are you okay?"

Naruto scrambled to his feet, his eyes wide with a mixture of excitement and anxiety. "Yui, you're up! We were so worried about you! Are you hurt? Do you need anything?"

Ino, her face flushed with concern, leaned closer. "Yui, are you alright? Do you need something? We can get you anything you need!"

Sasuke, though more reserved, was no less concerned. He stood beside the others, his eyes searching Yui's face for any sign of discomfort or pain. "How are you feeling? Can we do anything to help?"

The bombardment of questions came all at once, leaving Yui feeling overwhelmed. Her gaze shifted from one concerned face to another, her heart aching with the guilt of seeing their worry. They care so much. I don't deserve this... not after everything that happened.

Kakashi, sensing Yui's discomfort and the need to protect her from the overwhelming attention, gently squeezed her hand. He stood up, his demeanor calm but firm. "Alright, everyone, give Yui some space. She's just waking up and needs to rest. We don't want to overwhelm her."

The kids and Kurenai fell silent, their concern still evident but now tempered with understanding. They took a step back, giving Yui room to breathe. Kurenai moved closer to Yui's bed, her voice soft and soothing. "If you need anything, just let us know. We're all here for you."

Kakashi turned his attention back to Yui, his expression tender and supportive. "You've been through a lot, Yui. It's okay if you don't want to talk right now. Just focus on resting and getting better."

Yui looked up at Kakashi, her eyes filled with gratitude and a deep sense of relief. The presence of her friends and Kakashi, their concern and care, was a balm to her weary soul. She tried to muster a small smile, a silent acknowledgment of their support, but words failed her.

Kakashi smiled gently, understanding her silence. He continued to hold her hand, his presence a comforting anchor in the storm of emotions and worries. I don't need to speak right now. Their presence, their care... it's enough.

As the room quieted, the kids and Kurenai settled into a more subdued atmosphere, their worry now tempered with patience. They talked quietly among themselves, their voices a soft murmur compared to the earlier commotion. Kakashi stayed by Yui's side, offering her the silent support she needed.

In the quiet of the room, Yui felt a growing sense of peace, despite the lingering guilt and anxiety. She closed her eyes, allowing herself to rest, the warmth of Kakashi's hand and the gentle sounds of her friends' voices wrapping around her like a protective cocoon.

Maybe, just maybe, she thought, I can find a way to move forward from all this. With their support, perhaps I can learn to control my fears and my abilities. For now, I'll just hold on to their kindness and try to heal.

The room remained a place of soft, comforting noise, a refuge from the chaos of the previous days. As Yui drifted back into a peaceful sleep, surrounded by the concern and care of those she had come to trust, she felt a glimmer of hope amidst the shadows of her past.
