A few days after Jimin's unexpected visit, Savannah found herself increasingly frustrated. He had promised to meet up with her, but when the time came, he failed to show. After several attempts to reach him, she finally managed to get him on the phone. But what she heard on the other end made her heart sink: Jimin was with another woman, and from the background noise and intimate tone of the conversation, it was clear that this woman was his girlfriend—the one she'd heard about but never met.

The realization stung deeply, and Savannah couldn't help but feel betrayed and disheartened. The conversation between Jimin and his girlfriend was casual yet undeniably intimate, filled with the kind of endearments and shared laughter that only lovers exchange. Savannah's heart clenched, and she hung up the phone with a mix of anger and sadness.

Two days earlier, the tension between Jimin and Savannah had reached a boiling point. They'd met for a casual hang , but the encounter quickly spiraled into a heated argument. The cause of their discord was a chance encounter Savannah had with one of the men she had been on a double date with Y/N..

During their argument, Savannah had confronted Jimin about his lack of commitment and the confusing signals he was sending her. She was tired of being left in limbo, unsure where she stood in his life. Jimin had tried to explain his situation, but his words only seemed to add to her frustration.

"I don't get it, Savannah," Jimin said, his voice tinged with frustration. "You're talking about another guy like it's no big deal, but here I am, trying to sort things out with you and dealing with my own mess."

Savannah's face hardened. "You know what, Jimin? I don't need this right now. You're the one who's been inconsistent. I'm trying to understand where we stand, and you're acting like it's all my fault."

Jimin sighed deeply, running a hand through his hair. "It's not about blaming you. It's just... I'm caught between wanting to be with you and trying to handle my current situation. I feel like I'm constantly on the edge."

Savannah's eyes flashed with anger and hurt. "You're the one who chose to stay with her while keeping me on the sidelines. And now you're upset because I'm talking about someone else? Maybe it's you who needs to figure things out before making demands on me."

"You keep telling me it's complicated," Savannah had said, her voice tinged with exasperation. "But what about me? What about us? It feels like I'm just an option while you're still tied up with her."

Jimin had tried to defend himself, his face showing signs of frustration and guilt. "I never meant to make you feel that way. I'm trying to figure things out, but it's not as simple as just leaving one person and jumping into another relationship."

Savannah had shaken her head, her eyes flashing with hurt. "I get that, but I don't want to be in the middle of this mess. I deserve to be with someone who knows what they want and isn't caught up in another relationship."

Their argument had ended with both of them feeling more distant than ever, the unresolved issues hanging heavy between them.

Now, standing in her living room, Savannah replayed their argument and the subsequent phone call in her mind. The sense of betrayal was overwhelming. She paced the room, her frustration simmering beneath the surface. She tried to focus on what to do next, but the emotional turmoil clouded her thoughts.

As she contemplated her next steps, she received a text from Jimin. It was a simple, apologetic message: "Hey, Savannah. I'm really sorry for not showing up the other day. Things got complicated, and I didn't handle it well. Can we talk?"

Savannah stared at the message, her feelings a tangled mess of anger and lingering affection. She knew she needed to decide how to respond—whether to confront him directly or to take a step back and reassess what she wanted from this relationship.
