The next day, Y/N found herself wandering through a bustling shopping district in Mexico. The vibrant colors of the local markets, the intoxicating scents of fresh spices and baked goods, and the hum of conversations created a lively backdrop for her errands. She was in search of sweets and snacks to bring back home—little tokens of her trip that she hoped would capture the essence of her adventures.

As Y/N perused a stall filled with an array of colorful candies and local delicacies, her phone rang. Glancing at the screen, she saw her father's name flashing. She answered quickly, trying to keep her voice upbeat despite the surrounding noise.

"Hey, Dad! What's up?"

"Y/N, princess I need a big favor," her father said, his voice tinged with urgency. "One of my friends had a last-minute cancellation for a shoot, and I'm in a bind. Can you help out? It's crucial, and I know it's short notice."

Y/N's heart sank. She had planned to enjoy the last few days of her trip and was looking forward to spending time with Taehyung and Jimin. "I'm actually in Mexico right now. I was supposed to head back tomorrow, but—"

"I know it's inconvenient, honey. I wouldn't ask if it weren't important. Can you book a flight back tonight? I really need your help for my friend ."

Y/N hesitated, looking around at the vibrant market stalls. She had to cut her trip short and forfeit her remaining plans. "Okay, Dad. I'll figure something out. I'll call you back soon."

As she hung up, Y/N felt a pang of disappointment. She knew she had to rearrange her plans, but it was still frustrating. She quickly finished picking out the snacks and sweets, her mind racing with the logistics of booking a flight and arranging transport.

Taehyung and Jimin were waiting for her at the hotel when Y/N returned. The mood was slightly tense, knowing she had to break the news. She approached them with a resigned smile. "Hey, so... I've got to head back tonight. My dad needs me for a shoot it's for one of his good friends ."

Taehyung looked concerned. "Are you okay? Can we help with anything?"

Jimin, trying to mask his disappointment, nodded in agreement. "We can drop you at the airport. What time is your flight?"

"I haven't booked it yet, but I'll do that right now," Y/N replied, pulling out her phone. "I'll book the earliest possible flight."

"Alright," Jimin said, his voice calm but with a hint of frustration. "We'll make sure you get there."

With the airport transportation settled, Y/N hurriedly booked her flight and packed her bags. Taehyung and Jimin offered to help with her luggage, trying to keep the mood light despite the sudden change in plans.

As they drove to the airport, the conversation was subdued. Taehyung glanced at Y/N, his concern evident. "I'm really sorry about your trip getting cut short. I hope everything goes well with your dad's shoot."

"Thanks, Taehyung," Y/N said, trying to smile. "I'm sorry for the sudden change. I was looking forward to spending more time here with you guys."

Jimin, focusing on the road, added, "We'll make sure you get back safely. Just keep us posted, okay?"

When they arrived at the airport, Y/N felt a mix of sadness and gratitude. She hugged Taehyung and Jimin tightly. "Thank you both for everything. I really appreciate it."

"Safe travels, Y/N," Taehyung said, giving her a warm smile.

Jimin, though still visibly disappointed, nodded in agreement. "Take care. We'll catch up when you're back."

Y/N waved as she made her way through the airport, the reality of her abrupt departure settling in. Despite the bittersweet end to her trip, she knew she had the support of her friends, and she hoped that things would settle down once she returned home.
