Y/N's POV :

As the night approached and time ticked on, Taehyung had informed me that the moment had come to reach out to Seol-ya. He reminded me once again of the importance of subtlety and discretion, encouraging me to use the phone he had given me to send her a text

"What if she starts to cursing me cause I was literally vanished for months?" I asked

"If Seolya starts cursing or gets angry because you've been gone for months, you just need to stay calm. Well she might be angry, but she's also your friend. I'm sure she'll be relieved to hear from you, no matter what. Remember this is all part of the plan. You need to keep your cool and play your part doll."

I gulped nervously, "Okay, god please save me" I took a deep breath and sent a text

Me:

"Hey seolya, it's me y/n"

He watched as I took another deep breath, steeling myself to send the message to Seolya. Then he put a reassuring hand on my shoulder to give me a subtle sign of support

"Now we've to wait for her reply" I said and taehyung nodded in agreement

"Yeah now we wait. It's all in her hands now. She might respond right away, or she might take a while." He paused for a moment as he was still looking at me

"Are you nervous, doll?"

"I am"

"I know it's nerve wracking, but try to stay relaxed. Whatever her response is, we can handle it. You've been doing great so far. Just remember we've got this."

And suddenly we heard multiple notification sounds from the phone

Me:

"Hey seol-ya it's me y/n"

Seol-ya:

"Huh?"

"Y/n?"

"BITCH"

"WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU"

"I FUCKING HATE YOU"

He visibly winced as he saw her texts,

"Jeez, she really let loose" he muttered under his breath, He glanced at me and noticed the surprise and perhaps slight fear in my expression,

"You alright, doll?"

"I wanna cry for real" I replied

"Hey hey don't let her words get to you. She's upset, but that doesn't mean she's not relieved to hear from you. You've been through a lot lately, so it's okay to feel a little emotional. But we knew this might happen, we knew she could react like this. We're in control here, doll. You're so much stronger than you think" he said while patting my shoulder , I nodded and sighed softly

Me:

"Meet me in front of the han river tomorrow"

I sent this text to her and looked at taehyung, "I need you there tomorrow.." I said and he nodded, hearing the slight pleading tone in my voice. He knew I was feeling vulnerable and needed his support, "Sure I'll be there tomorrow. You don't even need to ask. I'm right here, always with you"
