Your POV

Age: 16

"... ever find a way to be useful?"

You opened your eyes, expecting to feel the pain of every day, but instead, it was a sense of calm and melancholy. Your vision was blurred at the edges, but it was clearer in the center. Your eyes were aimed towards the ground.

You heard your voice speak. You had no idea what it meant, or what this was. Your sight moved to look up, or rather, forward. From what you could see, you were twelve feet off the ground. Your gaze settled on a figure. Strangely enough, the figure was disproportionate and small, for a person than what you were used to seeing.

"If you had the power and ability to travel through realms, which one would you grace yourself with?"

You felt the voice echo with might, but it was as soft as a flower petal. You tried to say something from this body, but you couldn't. Your voice rang out again.

"Ninjago."

The body you were seeing through shifted in its spot. You could sense that you were large, probably not even human. Ninjago? What about Ninjago?

The gaze swept from left to right, taking in the scenery of the surroundings. It was a blank place, with no beginning or end in sight. The sun was setting, but it was far in the distance, yet so close.

The warmth suddenly vanished, and it faded to dark faster than your gaze could see. Your hearing seemed to shrink with the light, and everything suddenly went still as the sun sank down.

"Why is that?"

You wanted to know who the voice was, what this body was, where this place was. But no matter how much you tried to move, you couldn't. It was like seeing a memory play out on a record. The body you possessed replied in a whispery voice.

"It is free."

The figure slowly walked over to your body, and you watched him with a sense of calm. They reached out a hand, which kept rippling like restless water.

"When you unlock your past, you may be free as well. I will take this body, and your soul will be in Ninjago."

Then you closed your eyes, and woke up.

You flinched awake, gasping for air as if you had run for miles. The aches and pains slammed into you, and you let out a low groan. Your hands were tied behind your back with rough rope, and you were being carried over someone's shoulder. A Stone Warrior's shoulder.

You wriggled around, managing to fall to the ground with a soft thump. You were in Garmadon's camp, with the Stone Army and Nya being held back by two Stone Warriors.

Nya said something, with Garmadon slowly walking over with a growing chuckle. "You'll never get away with this! My friends will put a stop to you!"

You were lifted up into the air by the Stone Warrior and slung over its shoulder. You grumbled and looked around at the other Stone Warriors, seeing your Silver Weapon being held by one near the wall there Nya was being held.

"Red doesn't seem to be your color." Garmadon huffed and shoved an apple into Nya's mouth to gag her. You were going to shout out, but you didn't want to draw attention to yourself. They'd probably knock you out again.

Speaking of knocking you out from before, you head hurt like you got trampled by a dragon and thrown into a ravine to hit every rock on the way down.

Garmadon looked to the general of the Stone Army. "I think it's time we try in a darker shade. Hand me the Dark Matter. I believe we've found our first test subject."
