38) Yoshiwara, Red Light DistrictTengen walked through the crowd, three young 'girls' trailing behind him. Many were slightly taken aback at their beautiful, gorgeous, one of a kind, I'm being sarcastic, it's awful, oiran worthy, makeup.
Many young girls gawked at Uzui, though. Makes sense, he's hot.
Tengen had a goal set in mind on where he wanted to go, Tokito house. Where he sent Suma. He needed to get at least one of these three in there.
"Take off that scarf, no house will take you if you have it on." Tanjiro gripped the edge of the light blue fabric, slowly pulling it off and letting it settle around his neck.

Nobody's gonna want these kids, damn. How am I going to get my wives back? I couldn't get any as a costumer before, I doubt I'd get anything now.
But the one that killed lower moon five is too quiet to get accurate information, and that boar boy's voice is so ear grating he'd be found out instantly. I don't know about that blondie, but he seems to whiny. I don't thank any houses would want him anyways.
Ugh, this is pointless. "Oh my... these are some homely girls you have.." She looked repulsed by them, I don't blame her, nothing could make them look good. The makeup I did is flawless. (Mhm...)
"I'm afraid we don't have any room at the time, our staff if full." I could hear her voice falter slightly. She was lying, a pathetic excuse not to take any of these three in.
"Please ma'am, could you find it in your heart to take in at least one?" I smiled softly at her, watching her stammer. "Well, I suppose we could make room for one." She had a rosy pink blush tinting her face, husband shocked.
"That young girl in the middle looks obedient. We'll take her." The red-head bowed his head and treaded towards her. "Bye, Sumiko!" I waved him off as the woman dragged him inside.
"Great, now I'm stuck with you two!" I crossed my arms as I led through the bright and bustling streets. "Hey, there's a ton of people crowded over there." The boar pointed out, a large crowd of civilians catching his attention.
He jogged over as fast as he could without tripping over the kimono. "Ah, that's the oiran of house Tokito, off to meet her suitor." I grinned as she walked down the street, step by step. A flashy way to get about.
"You're kidding? That's your wife? A total beauty like her!? How could someone like you get with a doll like her!? What the hell, how, ho—"
"Shut up! She's not my wife!" I smacked his head and watched saliva and blood spray out of his mouth. The boar was picking at his ear on the ground.
"She walks so slow, she's be killed instantly if we were in the mountains." A woman glared down at him.
"Excuse me, sir. Is this girl yours?" She had a firm grip on his other ear, dragging him along by it. "Why yes, why?" I looked down at her, not really batting much of an eye.
"I'd like to buy her, I believe she'd make a nice addition to the Ogimoto house." My eyes widened a bit, before I got my composure back together.
"Well if she's caught the eye of the Ogimoto house, how could I refuse?" I clasped my hands together and grinned. "But please, so tell me, what about her caught your eye in this crowd?"
"Her beauty. It's unlike any I've seen." I had to hold back from snickering. I definitely knew what she meant. "I wish you well, Inoko!" I waved him off. I could see the irl marks on that boys face as he was dragged away by the ear.
"Ugh, I'll have to pay somebody to take you." I groaned.
"Shut up, I don't wanna hear it." I looked down at him. Someone's mad. "What? Mad I dressed you up as a girl?" He grit his teeth together, getting angrier, if that was even possible.
Ah well, nothing I can do about that.

"When did that girl come in again?" A girl muttered to one. "Just yesterday. I heard she can play the shamisen or koto after just one lesson. Shame on her looks though." One responded.
"She might be ugly, but I heard that man who brought her here was drop dead gorgeous." Another lady murmured to the other two. "Really? I wish I could have seen him!" She quietly exclaimed.
"Hmm, that girl will go far."
"What was that?" The first turned her attention to a woman who was smoking, her lipstick not leaving even a stain on the pipe. "Her shamisen speaks for her. She intends to get back at the man who sold her here. She's got vigor, although she may not look it." She took another inhale, letting out a dark grey cloud of smoke.Another woman hummed in response.
"You can make her clean the toilets or something. You don't even have to pay, just take her!"
'I'm gonna make that jerk pay!' He struck the stringed instrument in a repeating motion.
"Sumiko! Could you carry these to the oiran's room?" A kind looking woman asked, pointing to lots of wrapped boxes, paper differing in colors from pink to yellow.
"Oh, and we're sorry for removing your makeup ye other day. I feel it's partially our fault the madam found that nasty scar of yours." A lady next to her spoke up, hands pressed firmly in her lap.
Tanjiro shook his head to the side and bowed it slightly. The memory of the madam yanking at his hair still haunted him.
"Please darling, release the poor girl!" He could still hear her incoherent screeching as she released him. He had pressed his forehead to the ground in an apologetic manner.
He shuddered at the memory, picking up several of the wrapped boxes.
"My my, that girl is rather burly!" She had her hand placed against her chin, a small smile on display. "So quiet!" A smaller girl replied. "I'm sure she's just shy." An older woman butted in.
The three giggled, before turning their attention back to whatever they were working on. Tanjiro carefully stalking down the hall, not wanting to drop any of the boxes.
(yet again I have no idea what I'm writing)
