"The bastard of Winterfell."

"The dwarf of Casterly Rock."

"My wife."

"Dont." Selma countered.

"Right... Snow, I believe we last saw each other on top of the wall." Tyrion recalled cracking a smile.

"You were pissing off the edge, if I remember right. You picked up some scars along the road." Jon remarked keeping selma close.

"It's been a long road. But we're both still here." Tyrion agreed. He turned to davos. "I'm Tyrion Lannister."

"Davos Seaworth." he introduced shaking hands.

" Ah, the Onion Knight. We fought on opposite sides at the Battle of Blackwater Bay." Tyrion recalled.

"Unluckily for me." Davos agreed.  Tyrion gave a small awkward smile as Missandei stepped forward.

"Missandei is the queen's most trusted advisor."  Tyrion introduced. Selma was nervous. She didnt know why it wasnt like they were surrounded by savages and men with dead expressionless looks on their faces. She didnt know which was worse the unsullied or the dothraki.

"Welcome to Dragonstone. Our queen knows this is a long journey. She appreciates the effort you have made on her behalf. If you wouldn't mind handing over your weapons."

"Please, this way."

"Not to be dramatic but... she is totally going to kill us and her savages are going to eat us and use our bones as toothpicks."

"Lady Selma, i dont think you understand what dramatic is." Davos decided.

"Why are you not freaking out? Shes going to kill us. The Dothraki look like they want to eat me alive." Selma added.

"I wont let them touch you." Jon assured.

"Did you miss me terribly?" Tyrion teased as they walked. Selma didnt answer. Jon gave him a side eyed glance, holding Selma closer. "A sham marriage and unconsummated."

"I didn't ask --"

" Well, it was. It wasn't. Anyway, she's much smarter than she lets on." Tyrion offered with a wink.

"She's always been smart." Jon corrected.

"Yes I have." Selma agreed. "Smart enough to know we will be their toothpicks."

"At some point I want to hear how a Knight's Watch recruit became King in the North."

"As long as you tell me how a Lannister became Hand to Daenerys Targaryen."

" A long and bloody tale. To be honest, I was drunk for most of it." Tyrion admitted.

"That adds up. He was drunk for most of our wedding." Selma remarked "most of our sham marriage."

"My bannermen think I'm a fool for coming here." Jon added.

" Of course they do. If I was your hand I would have advised against it. General rule of thumb, Stark men don't fare well when they travel south." Tyrion agreed.

" True. But I'm not a Stark."

Selma didnt flinch when she saw the dragons. She was accepting her fate of death as jon and the men ducked down. She chuckled looking to jon.

"You are so dramatic." She decided. Jon took her outstretched hand helping him back to his feet.

" I'd say you get used to them, but you never really do." Tyrion remarked as the men dropped as a dragon soared overhead. Jon looked back to the sky. All three dragons are circling above the castle. "Come. Their mother is waiting for you."

"Should have brought Shadow." Selma muttered

"Selma stay behind me and please stay quiet." Jon begged as the doors pushed open. She zipper her lips.

"You stand in the presence of Daenerys Stormborn of House Targaryen, rightful heir to the Iron Throne, rightful Queen of the Andals and the First Men, Protector of the Seven Kingdoms, the Mother of Dragons, the Khaleesi of the Great Grass Sea, The Unburnt, The Breaker of Chains." Missandei declared. Jon looked to Davos awkwardly.

"Thats a mouthful," selma mumbled

"This is Jon Snow." Davos introduced. "He's King in the North."

" Thank you for traveling so far, My Lords. I hope the seas weren't too rough." Daenerys offered perched on her throne.

"The winds were kind, Your Grace." Jon answered.

"toothpicks." Selma whispered.

" Apologies. I have a Flea Bottom accent, I know. But Jon Snow is King in the North, Your Grace. He's not a lord." Davos cut in

" Forgive me --" Daenerys didn't know this man.

" Your Grace, this is Ser Davos Seaworth." Tyrion cut in

" Forgive me, Ser Davos. I never did receive a formal education, but I could have sworn the last King in the North was Torren Stark who bent the knee to my ancestor Aegon Targaryen in exchange for his life and the lives of the northmen. Torren Stark swore fealty to House Targaryen in perpetuity. But do I have my facts wrong?" Daenerys countered.

" ancient history." Selma coughed out.

"I wasn't there, Your Grace." Davos admitted.

" No. Of course not. But still, an oath is an oath. In perpetuity means -- what does perpetuity mean, Lord Tyrion?"

"Forever." He answered

" Forever. So I assume, My Lord, that you're here to bend the knee." Daenerys turned to Daenerys.

" big words for a savage."

"I am not." Jon corrected glancing back at selma. She zipped her lips once more. He knew it was foolish to bring her, but she wasn't going to let him do this by himself.

" Oh. Well, that is unfortunate. You've travelled all this way to break faith with House Targaryen?" Daenerys demanded

"Break faith?" Selma choked back.

"Your father burned my grandfather alive. He burned my uncle alive. He would have burned the Seven Kingdoms." Jon corrected. He w standby and let her act like she was innocent that her family was innocent in all of this.

" My father was an evil man. On behalf of House Targaryen I ask your forgiveness for the crimes he committed against your family." Selma rolled her eyes. "And I ask you not to judge a daughter by the sins of her father. Our two houses were allies for centuries. Those were the best centuries the kingdom's ever known. Centuries of peace and prosperity with the Targaryens sitting on the Iron Throne and a Stark serving as Warden of the North. I am the last Targaryen, Jon Snow. Honor the pledge your ancestor made to mine. Bend the knee and I will name you Warden of the North. Together we will save this country from those who would destroy it." Daenerys demanded.

" she seems like the destroyer to me." Selma mumbled

"You're right. You're not guilty of your father's crime. And I'm not beholden to my ancestor's vows." Jon agreed.

"Then why are you here?" Daenerys demanded.

" toothpicks."

"Because I need your help and you need mine." Jon decided

"Did you see three dragons flying overhead when you arrived?"

" I did." Jon admitted

" And did you see the Dothraki, all of whom have sworn to kill for me?"

"Tooth... picks." Selma reached for Jon.
