Chapter Thirty-Six.
"The Return. And The Onderon Rebels."
☆~~°~~☆
A month. A month had passed since y/n's seeming death. He had been silently mourned trough the hallways of the Jedi temple, silent whispers of who once had been a padawan who had the potential to become a knight of the order.
"So young." A male master whispered.
"So innocent." An female one whispered to her friend. "Didn't deserve it." An Rodian murmured.
The temple had been full of those whispers for the first week of so, until they started to fade away for the second week. And as the month passwd, everyone had returned to their routines. Either going to fight for the republic, or train their padawans or themselves.
Some people weren't able to get over it, however. Ahsoka had been the prime example of it, tracing the photo of her and Y/n on a park in the higher levels of Coruscant.
"I miss you." She whispered to herself as she loked at the photo she held in her hands, sitting on her bed on her chambers, relunctantly. She placed the photo on the bedstand, getting up and grabbing her lightsabers. Today her master and Obi Wan were going to Onderon to train a rebel cell, she was gonna train them as well.
She should be able to get over y/n's death, like Obi Wan did, or any other member of the council. Anakin was still shocked by his death but, seemed to be slowly processing it.
But Ahsoka couldn't, they had shared soft, tender moments. Shared an childhood on the temple. An secret blossoming love. Only to be taken away by the sith.
She felt her fist clench but sighed and opened the door of her chamber and walked away, the door closing automatically after some seconds. The photo remained on a few more seconds until the device it was saved on turned itself off. Indulging the room in darkness.
How she misses him...
☆~~°~~☆
Truthfully. Y/n missed Ahsoka as much ad she did. And he hatef every second of being in-debt with Hondo for "saving his life" and he wanted nothing more than to leave.
But Hondo had him on a tight leash, they knew where his sister was, and where he was. Any moment they could hunt down them both. And he didn't want to run the risk, for his sister mostly.
So now. He found himself collecting credits for said person. Working alongside his sister. "It's not gonna open." Celeste announced to y/n who sighed, scratching his hair with his left robotic hand, they weren't covered like most implants that made it look organic. Perhaps because Hondo is a cheapskate and brought the cheapest one he could to replace the gone organic ones. They still don their gray metal color and some of the screws that are meant to keep wire panels inside are visible, clearly not the most pleasant thing. But at least they worked.
"Can't you do that force thingy?" Celeste asked, waving her hand towards the door as if referencing what she supposed her brother could do, y/n sighed. "I haven't used the force in a month...i guess i could, i just hope it won't fail me now." He says before extending his left hand towards the door and taking a deep breath. He felt the force again, it made him shiver. But he didn't lose the concentration, so slowly, he moved the once static slide door and opened it with the fore-mentioned.
"woah!" Celeste said as the door fully open and she stepped in, y/n walked with her and once he passed the door he lowered his hand and looked at the small treasure they had found. "How much is it?" Y/n asked his sister as he helped her carry the credits on a bag. "Well.." She grabbed a calculator and and typed something into it. "88...plus 21.." she saved the calculator with a grin. "We have more than enough to pay off your debt." She said and y/n grinned with her, he raised his arm and she did as well, ending on a high five.
