The two boys set off in silence, the setting sun casting a golden glow over the landscape. Kajo was lost in his own thoughts, still basking in the excitement of their adventure.
Saji, however, was consumed by his own emotions, feeling like an outsider in his own friendship; if he could call what they had friendship. The subtle changes between them grew, not just physically, but emotionally as well.
After walking for ten minutes they got to their home lane.
"See you later, Saji," Kajo said awkwardly, waving goodbye.
This was the first time he had done this and it felt wierd.
"Yeah...later," Saji replied, his voice barely above a whisper.
They were both confused why the other party suddenly starts being tolerant of each other.
As they parted ways, Kajo walked towards his home, feeling a sense of excitement and wonder. What was wrong with Saji?
Saji, on the other hand, walked into his home, his mind reeling with thoughts. Why did I even respond to him? I never do that.
Despite their confusing emotions, both boys couldn't shake off the feeling that something had shifted between them. A spark had been ignited, and they couldn't wait to see what would happen next.

Kajo's Room
Kajo sat on his bed, surrounded by the loot from his adventures.
He couldn't wait for his dad to get back from his yearly visit to the village head of the closest town with Saji's dad.
The village took two days journey and they were the owners of this whole forest.
Not wanting to dwell long on it, he checked his status to see the difference in it
"Open status"
Immediately it opened his whole body glowed white, brightening the room and he found that he had leveled up to level two.
