Chapter 27

They were still talking and laughing when suddenly, Kajo stopped, his eyes fixed on something ahead. Saji followed his gaze, but saw nothing.

"What is it?" Saji whispered.

Kajo's voice was low. "Four people, approaching quickly. Their intentions aren't pure."

Their hands instinctively went to their weapons. "What do we do?"

Kajo's eyes never left the unseen trio. "We Wait. And Observe."

They walked out with their weapons drawn and powers activated, joined by their combatants: Naz, Wendal, Tomi, Tori, Fin, Tony, Sage, Lori, Gazi, and Xandi. A display of different colorful auras surrounded them, each representing their respective powers.

"Whoa, look at that!" Tony exclaimed. "We're lit up like a rainbow!"

"Focus!" Kajo warned. "We don't know what we're up against."

Kajo and Saji remained still, hidden behind the veil of Kajo's cloaking ring. They listened intently, intrigued by the confusion of their invaders. It was clear they had been tracking something - or someone - (them) but the ring's cloaking buff had rendered them undetectable.

Saji whispered, "Who do you think sent them?"

Kajo shrugged, his eyes fixed on the approaching trio. "No idea, but we're about to find out."

He looked at their appearance and noticed something,

Kajo's gaze turned to Xandi. "Recognize their uniform?"

Xandi's eyes narrowed. "Looks like the emblem of the Makers Guild."

Kajo's expression turned grim. "This just got interesting."

"What's going on?" one of them growled. "We could've sworn we sensed something... or someone."

"I know, right?" another replied. "It's like they just vanished into thin air."

They continued their search, unaware of Kajo and Xandi's presence. Kajo's patience was a thin line, ready to snap at any moment.

They drew closer, their eyes scanning the area with a mix of frustration and suspicion.

The air was thick with tension, and the silence was palpable.

"(Groans) i'm done waiting" Kajo said stepping forward

He raised his hands and dropped the veil revealing himself and his People not holding back his oppressive aura.

The others followed suit

caught off guard, they stumbled backward, eyes widening in surprise. They had been tracking someone, but nothing could have prepared them for this.

"What the...?" one of the boys stammered.

"Who are you?" The second boy with red hair growled, trying to hide their fear.

Kajo stepped forward, his aura blazing with intensity. "I'm Kajo. Ring any bells?" "We're the ones you've been tracking. And you're not taking anyone today."

The only female of the group snarled, ". He told us that you were weak."

Saji sneered, "You mean the one who sent you to capture us? We're not afraid of him."

The four exchanged nervous glances. "You don't understand," one of them said. "If we fail, we'll be punished. Severely."

Kajo replied with a grin. "I already met your guild master and You should have thought of that punishment before you took on this mission."
