Meanwhile, Gorm fought the fire elemental, his massive sword slicing through the air.

"You're a big one, aren't you?" the elemental sneered, its flames dancing with excitement. "But size doesn't matter here."

Gorm roared, his sword biting deep into the elemental's flames.

Just then, a scream of pain echoed through the air. Lyrien stood amidst two bloody piles, his eyes wide with horror.

"No... no... no..." he whispered, his gaze fixed on the archer walking towards him.

"Eirek... no..." he whispered, his voice cracking with grief.

"You killed my son," Jax snarled, his eyes blazing with fury. "Now you die."

The four hunters erupted into rage, their powers surging out of control.

"You killed our teammate!" the mage screamed, hurling fireballs into the town. "Now you burn!"

Thorne and Gorm fought on, their movements desperate as they tried to hold back the hunters.

But they were outnumbered, outmatched.

Jax fell next, a fiery spear piercing his chest.

"Thorne... Gorm..." he whispered, his eyes fixed on his friends. "Protect... the town..."
