To Keep Her Safe

CHAPTER FIFTY ONE

Freen was unsure about how she was going to convince Becca to return back to the kingdom, she couldn't find a way around it, she would have to admit that she lied for Becca to return back, she would have to admit that she lied all along.

She didn't know how it would affect their relationship or how it would change it, Freen definitely was scared, thinking of it day and night.

It had been a week since she recieved that message, she knew that she had to make a decision sooner or later, this is about the kingdom and the king requires Becca to take the throne once she returns.

" Are you okay ? ". A voice reached her ears, delicate to her ears, she smiled and turned to her side. Becca was there with a worried look on her face, Freen took a deep breath and nodded, she couldn't let Becca see that she was thinking about something.

" You don't have to lie to me, Freen.... ". Becca mumbled, Freen's breath hitched, she realised that she actually didn't need to do it from the starting but yet she did, she weaved a web of her lies that trapped her in the end. " I am okay, Becca, seriously, I am, why wouldn't I be ? I have you with me ". Freen smiled and pulled Becca towards her with her arm, her lover giggled and swam towards her.

Right now, the couple was enjoying their bath in the lake close to the cabin, the water was just right for them as the sun was out. Becca sighed and snuggled to Freen's side but a doubt was still there in her mind.

She had been seeing Freen, observing her for the past week, something was definitely disturbing her, she just couldn't pinpoint it out, she knew Freen more than Freen thinks.

" Freen... I have been noticing it for the last week.... You are not okay, my love ". Becca sighed and grabbed Freen's face in her hands and forced Freen to look at her, Becca thought that nothing could touch them, they were stronger than ever, Becca was finally learning to cope with this life and accepting that she is not a royal anymore, she was finally content with life.

But Freen.....

" Becca.... You don't have to worry ". Freen replied softly, she kissed Becca's damp temple and sighed in relief, she was worried that she will lose this closeness once they return back to the Kingdom, she was not willing to leave it yet.

" I will always worry for you, Freen ". Becca stated as she stared at Freen, determined to know what was the reason behind her behaving like this, Freen gulped down as she still couldn't admit her lies. " Tell me, I want to make it easier for you ". Becca mumbled and kissed Freen's neck, Freen smiled and nodded.

" You already have.... ". Freen whispered, Becca smiled but still wasn't convinced, she was sure that Freen wouldn't tell but at least she could do was take Freen's mind off things that were consuming her thoughts. Becca sucked on her lover's neck as Freen leaned her head back and encircled her arms around Becca's waist, keeping her close to her body.

The lake was completely in the open, anyone could come here but Becca trusted Freen like no one, if she told her it was safe, it was safe for everything.

" Becca... ". Freen moaned her lover's name as Becca's trick to catch Freen's attention worked flawlessly, Becca smiled in victory as she saw Freen's erection coming to life, it would take Becca seconds to arouse Freen nowadays.

Becca still continued her attack on Freen's neck and decided to straddle her waist, but something happened, something brushed her legs that made her shiver in fear, she shrieked and completed clung onto Freen's naked body.

" Freen !!! Freen !! ". Becca was so scared that she screamed her lover's name who was not even far away from her. " Something brushed my leg.. !! ". She told Freen what was wrong and the reason behind her reacting like this, Freen sat up and gathered Becca in her arms, not allowing any part of her body to touch the bottom of the lakeside.
