### Chapter 8: The Meeting
The evening sun was just beginning to set as Jungwon, Jake, and Sunoo stood outside the grand mansion. It was unlike anything they had ever seen-a modern architectural marvel with tall glass windows, sleek lines, and an air of undeniable luxury. The reality of where they were and who they were about to meet settled over them, bringing with it a wave of nervous excitement.
Jungwon tugged at the hem of his white t-shirt, suddenly feeling underdressed in the face of such opulence. He glanced at Jake and Sunoo, who were dressed similarly in white t-shirts and worn-out jeans. They had all agreed to come as they were-no pretense, just themselves. But standing here now, he wondered if they should have tried to match the grandeur of the place.
Sunoo, ever the optimist, gave him a reassuring smile. "Hey, we look good. Don't stress. We're here to be ourselves, right?"
Jake nodded, though his eyes were wide as he took in the mansion. "Yeah... I just didn't expect it to be *this* intense."
Before they could dwell on their appearance any longer, the large doors of the mansion swung open, revealing Jay, Heeseung, Sunghoon, and Niki. The contrast between the two groups couldn't have been starker. The four men were dressed in impeccably tailored black suits, each exuding confidence and a sense of power that was almost palpable.
Jay's gaze immediately found Jungwon's, a warm smile tugging at his lips as he stepped forward. "You made it. I'm glad."
Jungwon managed a smile in return, trying to ignore the way his heart was pounding. "Yeah... wouldn't miss it."
Heeseung, who stood beside Jay, looked over Jake with a calm yet curious expression. His tailored suit fit him perfectly, accentuating his tall frame and giving him an air of understated elegance. "Jake, right? It's a pleasure to finally meet you."
Jake nodded, a bit stiffly, as he extended his hand. "Yeah, that's me. Thanks for having us."
Sunghoon, standing just behind Heeseung, had his eyes on Sunoo. There was something almost predatory in his gaze, though it softened into a polite smile as he spoke. "And you must be Sunoo. We've heard a lot about you."
Sunoo, ever the social butterfly, grinned back. "All good things, I hope."
Niki, who had been quiet until now, stepped forward, his eyes locked on Sunoo as well. His expression was harder to read, but there was an undeniable intensity in the way he watched Sunoo. "We're glad you could join us tonight."
