>>>>><Better hide><<<<<

Suddenly, I glance at the side of my eye...The phantom. It most definitely heard me.

Out of nowhere, it spins its head like one of those antique dolls at my grandma's house.

"Not good!" Tyler shouts.
"Ashlyn!" Taylor yells from under the bus seat.

The phantom launched its claws at me, but I was able to roll away in time.
Unfortunately, it grabs one of my braids yanking my head back.

"Grab the weapons!" I yell to the others
"Got it!" Tyler says before removing his gaze away from me and heads toward the box with the others

"Need to get away.." I grab the phantoms arm bringing it closer leading it to crash it's face into my knee, causing it to loosen its grip on my hair.
I quickly back away, startled when i feel warm hands grab my arms pulling me up. "GAH!"

Thank goodness it was only Aiden and Logan. I Grab Aiden's hand helping me on the seat. But without warning the phantom launches its claws at my legs, causing me to throw my legs over Aiden. Maybe he didn't mind.

"Now what?" Logan asked as the phantom got up from the ground
I turn to Aiden who seemed to have a ill-thought out plan. Don't do it, idiot.

Suddenly Aiden lunges at the phantom grabbing it by its arms and swings.
"Aiden!" I yell out. He lays back on a nearby seat and kicks his legs up in the air kicking the phantom through the broken window.

I guess that was somewhat planned...

"Close the window!" He yells

Me and Logan don't hesitate and hurriedly closed the window, but while doing so, Aiden loses grip on the phantom's arm.

"LOGAN!" I yell out as i notice that the phantom was reaching for Logan.

"Argh!" Logan screams out as the phantom leaves a bloody mark on his side

No...I feel a surge of panic, a million thoughts racing through my mind. How do I fix this? How do we survive this?
his wasn't supposed to happen. We were supposed to be safe in here, at least for a little while longer. Now Logan's hurt, and I don't know how bad it is. What if it's serious? What if Ben can't stop the bleeding?

Panic is clawing at me, but I push it down. I have to keep it together. Everyone's looking to me, expecting me to know what to do. But I'm just as scared as they are. Maybe even more.

But I can't let them see that. I can't let them know that I'm just as lost as they are. 'I have to protect them'. Even if I don't know how.
