After what felt like an eternity of navigating through Bangalore’s traffic, we arrived at the mall.

The moment we stepped inside, an explosion of colors and sounds engulfed us.

Brightly lit stores beckoned with their tantalizing displays, and I could already see Maaya’s eyes widening with uncertainty.

“Okay, first stop!” Samaira declared, dragging Maaya toward a trendy clothing store.
“We need something for the cake-cutting part of your anniversary!”
“Cake cutting? Why do I need a new dress for that?” Maaya protested, looking around as if expecting to find an escape route.

“Because it’s an anniversary, and you need to look your best for Aarav!” saachi chimed in, trying to keep the enthusiasm alive.

“Trust us, it’ll be worth it!”

So all this shopping nuisance is for my anniversary.

Yeah for what else samaira chipped in

You know that Aarav is planning something for you and for his plans you need perfect outfits.

Since you don't know the series of events that is being planned out for you we both are here to help you get the perfect costumes.

Plus outfit for cake cutting is must, when you post it on your social media you can't look blah added saachi.

Please dont tell me when you were expecting a anniversary plan you should know that cake is mandatory 😂

Once inside, we began rifling through dresses. “How about this one?” saachi held up a sparkly black number that shimmered under the store lights.

Maaya cringed. “Um, how about not? I don’t want to blind anyone.”

“Oh come on! You’d look like a million bucks!” Samaira interjected, holding a frilly pink dress that looked like it had been stolen straight out of a fairy tale.

“More like a cotton candy disaster,” Maaya snickered, shaking her head.

After nearly half an hour of trying on countless outfits, Maaya finally settled on a simple red dress that hugged her figure perfectly.

“This one is nice,” she admitted, twirling in front of the mirror

“This one is nice,” she admitted, twirling in front of the mirror.

“Great choice!” saachi said, clapping my hands. “Now, onto the next one!”

Next one how many more I am supposed to buy maaya exclaimed.

Too many more to buy maaya, we cant reveal the whole plan to you now do we added saachi.

So have patience and trust us.

As maaya went out of the store, Sam made sure she was out of earshot and said

“The long drive dress!” Samaira exclaimed  leading to another store.

As they entered into a new store Sam said
Now “Something comfy but cute.”

Maaya glanced at the racks, her expression a mix of amusement and exasperation. “You guys are relentless.

I feel like I’m in some kind of fashion boot camp.”

“Just think about how cute you’ll look in the photos!” saachi encouraged, imagining the Instagram posts we’d share.

After several more rejects and a few ridiculous outfits that even Maaya had to admit were borderline embarrassing, we found a light blue sundress that seemed perfect. “This could work,” maaya said, finally giving in with a resigned smile.
But saachi intervened saying the dress is perfect we will take it but not the exact purpose we are looking now.
And after a long search saachi finally came content with a black jumpsuit which was just perfect.

“See? This is so much fun!” Samaira grinned, her energy barely waning. “Now, we just need a few more casual dresses for the rest of the day.”

“Casual dresses? How many more do we need?” Maaya groaned, but I could see the spark of excitement in her eyes.

Didn't we just choose the sundress. Isn't that casual enough you need more.

“This better be worth it.”

With that they exited the shop and headed to have some food because maaya was getting more relentless.
