Final preparations

After giving the necklace to maaya and spending some quality time with her .
I left to do some last minute preparations.

As we were planning to do everything in the venue and I was a very long drive and except me and maaya everyone else left for the venue to finish the decorations.

I called nahar to know the status of the decorations and if it was done and did it need any more help should I send in more.

Sensing my nerves he turned the audio call into a video one and showed me around the decorations in the room and all the arrangements and he also added the decorations for the wedding will be done by tomorrow evening and they start the work my tom morning

The decorations he did for the cake cutting were fantabulous and I really loved the way they all finished the backdrop.

Nahar also showed me the cake which was a three tier cake with a rainbow theme with cute little hearts and clouds on it.

He added that the flavour of the cake was mixed as each layer had a different flavour.

We both discussed the arrangements for a few more minutes and he cut the call and went to finish the rest of the left out work.

After the call I made sure that my bike had a full tank filled as we needed for a ride for now and also for the morning ride I have planned.

Then I call the resort manager to talk about the timings we can get a section of kitchen or the stuff we need to cook outdoors along with the required utensils needed for cooking. As cooking with all of us was also a part of my plan.

After the cooking part, I also asked him about clearing the area of the wedding section as I wanted it to be private and just the 6 of us along with a few of our close friends I have invited.

He said he has made all the arrangements for keeping it private and he had also set up some bouncers to help us with it.

As soon as I was done with the call I went into my car and took out the special note I had written for her and reread it a couple of times to make sure that whatever I have written is enough or not.

Then I carefully placed the note in my bag and then slowly I came back to the apartment to talk to maaya.

As I entered the house she was listening to her favourite album and was dancing to its tunes.

I was just lost in the view and I went blank.

As she saw me she brought me back to sense and asked me about the plan.

For that I replied we will be leaving shortly and to reach the place I have planned everything will take some long time and I asked her whether she was up for a bike ride that long .

She was excited for the ride and I asked her to take all the outfits she brought and pack it and get ready I will be waiting for her.
To which she replied that Sam and sachi already took everything and even took match accessories and shoes that goes with each and every dress.

She added all she had to take was the neck piece I gave her some time back.

We both hopped on to the bike and to be honest after a really long time we both enjoyed this long drive till the resort and we didn't talk much as usual but throughout the whole ride she huggede tightly and was just enjoying the view.

Which was really a good memory of us for me.

Arnd 9 in the night we reached the resort and I escorted her to the girls room so that she can take some rest along with the girls and also get ready for the cake cutting part which was around midnight.
Then I first headed to mine and maaya room to check everything myself once more then I left to the boys room to watch the game that was going on tonight.
