As I finished talking to the manager and  headed to his room.
The door to the room creaked open, revealing a soft glow that spilled into the dimly lit hallway.

Aarav stood on the threshold, heart racing, a bouquet of roses tucked under one arm.

The scent of vanilla and fresh flowers filled the air, a reminder of the love he had nurtured with Maaya over the past year. Today marked their first anniversary, and he wanted it to be extraordinary.

“Surprise!” The chorus of voices erupted from within, and Aarav’s breath caught in his throat.
As he stepped inside, the sight that met his eyes made his heart swell with joy.
