The Three Threads

Proposal

As I was in college first I talked to my professors and informed them about my job and they were giving me blessings and love

Then as usual Maaya bunked to meet me

And once I told her about my job she started dancing in joy and gave me bear hug 🫂🫂🤗 in happiness.

Before talking to Sam I wanted to talk to maaya so I told her I wanted to discuss something important with her.

Hearing this she felt something was wrong and she sat and was ready to listen to me in full concentration
I started telling her I still have feelings for Sam and wanted to propose to her for marriage, she just gave me a glare and asked me to continue.
I continued saying I won't do anything without Sam's approval and told her that both of our parents are best of friends and i wanted to go and talk to my parents about our proposal
But before that I wanted to inform Sam and make sure she is totally fine with being with me.

If she isn't even interested in me I won't take this thing ahead and get my parents involved because I don't want it to be forced on her
As I know our parents might say yes easily.

Maaya was just shocked at me and she again hugged me saying go ask her and she might even say yes to me

Adding to this maaya told me she was proud of me for handling this in a delicate manner and she was happy that I am considering Sam's approval too.

I told her I want Sam as my life partner and wanna share everything that happens from here with her and for that she should also feel the same about me and I can't be forced and I asked her whether I should go and have this conversation with Sam or Maaya would have this for that she told me to talk to her and also informed me that Sam was in library.
I hugged Maaya and ran to the library.
I met Sam and told her I wanted to talk to her and she just nodded her head.
I sat next to her and informed her about my job and she congratulated me..

Then I told her that I really like her and also that I started to love her and also I wanted to seek both of our parents blessings even before proposing to her and but just wanted to know whether I should proceed to talk to my parents about her.

Make them bring my proposal to her family for her and make it official.
Hearing this she was shocked and she told me she needed time to think and I told her to take her time and message me if she wants me to proceed.
And also I told her if she doesn't feel a future with me she can obviously say no and then I won't disturb her again with this topic.
With that I left from the library and left to my house.
