After I left the Mall, I went directly to the office as I wanted to talk to Maaya.
It took me almost two hours to reach the office due to heavy traffic 🚦 ⛔.
Once I reached the office, I wrapped up my pending work, which I had for the last couple of days since I took my leave of absence.
After finishing all my pending work I went to Maaya's cabin to meet her.
Maaya was a bit busy when I visited her cabin so I informed her that I wanna talk to her and message me once she gets free.
Almost an hour later I got a call from her that she wrapped up her work.
As I entered her cabin, she looked like a mess, and I knew she had been working extra shifts the last couple of weeks but didn't realize that this was the result of that.
Seeing my reaction, she just stared at me and said don't say anything; I know what you are thinking, but don't utter a word.
Then she asked me what I wanted to talk about.
I was quiet for a moment and slowly went and sat in front of her.
And I took out the ring I had picked out for Samaira and put it in front of Maya.
Maaya was in total shock seeing the ring, plus I think she was more surprised by this action coming from me.

It took me months to finalize the perfect one.
I continued by saying that I was planning to propose to her for marriage and wanted her help to make it a perfect proposal and I didn't want any issues with it.
I informed her that I wanted to propose a mountain area with a really warm scenario with a lively feel.
N: I also planned the perfect place for the proposal, and I want you to bring Sam to that place.
M: Do you think if I say let's go on this mountain Trek she will happily join me?
N: That's why it won't be just the two of you, saachi will also accompany you girls.
M: Even worse, she will sense something, and she will cancel the plans.
N: That's why we boys will also join the trip.
M: Interesting, but how will you convince everyone to make this trip happen, and even if u guys are coming, how will we convince Sam?
N: This is where you come; the trip will be immediately after your anniversary, so it will kinda be your getaway plan, but you drag the girls and us also with you.

N: that's where Saachi comes from. We will use Sachi and Advik as reasons to say you want them to spend more quality time with each other, and Saachi won't come if Sam doesn't come because she doesn't wanna spoil your plans.
M: You have planned everything, haven't you
N: I even confronted the worst-case scenario of what would happen when I proposed to her. I had to be prepared or she will be really difficult to convince.
N: So tell me, will you help me out or not?
M: Bro, I will help you out. My long dream is going to happen and I will make sure it becomes a reality. Plus, tell me something:. Is Aarav planning something for our anniversary?? I feel he is hiding from me, and he is acting weird. Should I be worried?
N: Of course not. You have nothing to be worried about. And you know I can't lie to you, so don't ask more questions on this, but yeah, something is being planned for you. You must be ready to be surprised and enjoy every bit of it.
