(Today is a regular day in Metroville as Max is standing on top of the rooftop, looking down at the civilians)
Max: Ah, Metroville. A great city with the finest pretzel carts, where some of the greatest heroes live.
(Max looks around for any sign of criminal or monster activity)
Max: You can never know when trouble occurs.
(Later that night at the city zoo, a night watch guard named Lucas is currently monitoring the animals via security cameras)
Lucas: (yawns) Boy, 3 nights in a row can be a drag.
(Suddenly, the alarm goes off)
Lucas: What?
(Unbeknownst to Lucas, an unknown creature burst through the ground, inside the lion enclosure)

(The lions glare at the creature and proceed to pounce it. However, the creature charges at the lions with a screeching sound. Moments later, Lucas and five other guards are having a meeting)
Lucas: Something has cause some of the security cameras.
(Sooner or later, they hear the sound of animals roaring, making noises)
Lucas: That came from the gorilla, lion, tiger enclosures.
(Lucas and the other guards rush to the enclosures, only to find that the gorillas, lions and tigers have been killed, shocking the guards)
Lucas: My god.
Unnamed male guard: All the animals, they're dead.
Unnamed female guard: There's no way a single person could do this.
(Suddenly, they turn around and see the creature devouring a tiger)
Lucas: What is that?
(The creature sees the guards, swings one of its tentacles at them, knocking them against the side of a wall. into a stage of unconsciousness and leaves by burrowing underground. The next day, a news crew arrives to the scene where police and Avalon agents are investigating the scenes. Detective Carina Noceda is talking to Lucas and the other guards)

Carina: Can you tell is what did this?
Lucas: It was this giant octopus-like monster, it was blue and had four tentacles. It somehow got into the zoo and devoured most of the animals.
(Agent Dawn Drake approaches the guards)

Carina: Did your camera get a glimpse of the creature?
(At the security room, everyone watches footage of the creature attacking and killing animals)
Dawn: My god.
Carina: Please tell me it's one of those monsters you and Avalon fights?
Dawn: I don't recognize this creature, it's not in the database.
