It was finally the day when we start off to the land of Birds
We will be staying there for 5 days
I was excited beyond words as I don't remember when was the last time I visited a place outside the village.
I remember my dad took me and Kakashi out on a vacation when we were kids, but that was nearly 10 years ago. So today I couldn't contain my excitement.
For the last whole week, I kept asking Kakashi about more details of land of Birds
I wanted to explore if there are any interesting places over there
He patiently answered all my questions and said that he'd take me to show some of them
It was 7 in the morning when I and Kakashi started off to the gates
I saw that Team 7 was already there
They were bickering among themselves
Naruto was almost dancing and jumping around. He seemed just as excited as myself. I smiled looking at his adorable actions.
Sakura was excited too, she twirled around a few times and flipped her hair every now and then.
Sasuke was just.. being Sasuke. But wait, he was... smiling. I think this is the first time I saw this kid smile.
And before I knew it, a smile formed on my face by just looking at them.
When I and Kakashi joined the group, I heard a voice from the side
"Oh! My eternal rival, Kakashi"
I looked at my side and saw Gai coming in our direction with his team.
He jumped right on to Kakashi and pulled him into a hug.

I remembered that Kakashi said Gai's team is invited too
Apparently Gai was not aware that Kakashi was also travelling with the rest
Last week when Gai asked Kakashi if he was also going to the princess's wedding, Kakashi replied he's not, hoping that Gai would not come along and Gai thought only team 7 were going.
So naturally, when he saw Kakashi, he couldn't contain his excitement!
Kakashi grimaced a little, but eventually eased up with the hug.
I chuckled seeing how Kakashi sometimes seems like he is trying to avoid Gai, but in reality he enjoys Gai company much
Gai's team then greeted everyone
I saw a kid who looked like a mini version of Gai, a girl with cute buns on her head and a kid with a calm and bored face. They too seemed to have distinguished personalities just like Team 7
