As Blair and Kyra talked, the conversation flowed naturally, with Blair showing genuine interest in Kyra's recommendations. Blair's hand brushed briefly against Kyra's thigh, causing Kyra to look down. When she looked up again, Blair had already withdrawn her hand, leaving Kyra unsure if it was intentional or accidental.Suddenly, the sound of glass breaking was heard from the bar. Turning around, they saw Beth and Lia laughing over the glass that had shattered on the floor. Viv quickly got up and apologized, saying she would join her girlfriend to sort out the issue.— Katie: "Come on, Blair. We should dance. Leah, are you coming with us?"The trio got up to head to the dance floor, but Blair turned back, casting a glance at Kyra, who was talking to Steph. She approached with a warm smile on her face.— Blair: "Want to come dance with us, Kyra?"Kyra looked up, her cheeks still flushed from the attention.

Kyra: "I... I'm not a very good dancer."
Blair laughed softly, encouraging her to stand.
Blair: "Don't worry, we're just here to have fun. Let's go!"

Blair led Kyra to the dance floor, with Katie and Viv joining them soon. The lively music and flashing lights created an energetic atmosphere. As they danced, Blair moved closer to Kyra, their faces almost touching as they lost themselves in the rhythm. Blair's hands lightly rested on Kyra's hips, their movements growing more intimate. Kyra, though a bit shy, let herself go with the moment, the tension between them becoming increasingly palpable.Their eyes met, and Blair felt a growing intensity in their connection. The gestures became more natural and intimate, and Kyra followed Blair's confidence. The world around them seemed to fade away as they focused on each other.Suddenly, Blair noticed the dance floor becoming increasingly crowded, and some guests seemed to be seeking her attention. She stepped back slightly from Kyra, her hand gently brushing her back.— Blair: "I think the dance floor is getting a bit too crowded. How about we head to the bar?"Blair guided Kyra to the bar, where they found a quieter corner. The music was still audible but softer, and the space offered a respite from the bustle of the dance floor. Blair ordered two drinks, and they settled on a stool near the counter.
Blair: "We can enjoy a bit of peace here; it's a good start."
Kyra seemed relieved as she took her seat. They settled in and began talking, their conversation becoming more personal as they enjoyed the break.
Blair: "Are you doing okay?"
Kyra, a bit surprised by Blair's concern, turned to her with a shy smile.
Kyra: "Yes, I'm fine, thanks. It's just a bit overwhelming here."

Blair nodded, completely understanding. The noise and the crowd could indeed be overwhelming.

Blair: "So, your accent it's Australian, right?"
Kyra nodded with a small smile.
Kyra: "Yeah, I'm from Australia. Queensland, actually."
Blair's eyes lit up as she leaned in, clearly intrigued.
Blair: "Do you miss it? The sun? Your family?"
Kyra's expression softened.
Kyra: "Australia's beautiful, no doubt. But if you want to be at the top level in sports, England's not a bad place. And, well, the English girls are pretty nice too," she added with a playful grin.
Blair raised an eyebrow, her lips curling into a smile.
Blair: I hope to be part of the "nice girls" list,,' even though I'm not English."
Kyra blinked, a bit taken aback.
Kyra: "Wait, you're not? Where are you from then? You speak English so well, I didn't even notice an accent."
Blair laughed softly.
Blair: "I'm from the south of France, actually. Grew up and studied there. But once you're into karting from a young age, you start traveling all over Europe, and English just becomes natural."

As the noise around them grew louder, Blair leaned in even closer, her warm breath brushing against Kyra's ear. The moment felt intensely intimate, and Kyra shivered down her spine. She couldn't help but let her gaze linger on the subtle details of Blair's face.Kyra had seen Blair's face many times before, in magazines and advertisements. Blair had been listed among the most beautiful women in the world, and it was easy to see why. Blair's blue eyes seemed to shift into a deeper, almost stormy gray, their depth captivating Kyra. They were framed by long dark lashes and a hint of silver sparkles that glimmered in the soft light. Her high cheekbones were slightly flushed, adding warmth to her complexion, while a few strands of hair fell gently around her face.

Kyra's eyes wandered over Blair's features, pausing on a small scar just beside her lips. The scar was subtle yet noticeable, adding character to Blair's otherwise smooth and radiant skin. Kyra felt a sudden urge to touch it, a mix of concern and curiosity, but hesitated, fearing she might be caught in the act of her close observation.

Blair's lips, curving into a soft smile, were now just inches away, making it hard for Kyra to look away. The intimacy of their closeness and the detail of Blair's scar made Kyra want to look even closer, but she was wary of being discovered. She allowed herself one last glance before quickly averting her eyes, her heart racing with the thrill of their proximity and the secret fascination she felt.Blair (whispering): "Is everything okay? You seem a bit lost."

Blair's breath against her ear made Kyra blush, and she turned slightly towards her. Their faces were almost too close, and Kyra felt her heart race.

Kyra (nervously laughing): "Yes, yes. I think I just need a moment of calm."

Blair smiled, her lips almost brushing Kyra's skin. She straightened up slightly, her gaze attentive and sincere.

Blair: "If you want, we can find a quieter spot?

Kyra was about to respond when a movement caught Blair's attention: Julia, visibly drunk, was stumbling near the dance floor, dangerously heading towards a group of people. Blair sighed softly, realizing she needed to intervene.

Blair (gently): "Sorry, I need to take care of something."

Blair gave Kyra's back a reassuring pat before turning towards Julia, taking her under her wing. She murmured something in Julia's ear to cover the surrounding noise, her hands sliding gently over Julia's arms to steady her.

Blair: "Hey, Julia, are you okay? I'm going to take you home, alright?"

Julia, laughing heartily, nodded as Blair led her towards the exit, her arm firmly around Julia's waist to support and guide her. Blair whispered a few more comforting words to Julia, her voice soft despite the noise.Kyra watched the scene, her heart tightening slightly at the closeness between Blair and Julia. She turned to Leah, who had also witnessed the scene and gave her an understanding look.

Leah : "Don't worry, Kyra."

Kyra, lost in thought, felt torn between excitement and uncertainty. She wondered what the rest of the night might hold. Between the exchanged smiles, fleeting glances, and Blair's discreet tenderness, she oscillated between hope and perplexity.
