"MUHL! WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU DOING THAT WAS A WIDE OPEN SHOT?" Geno yelled for what felt like the millionth time this practice. We're scrimmaging and I haven't made a single shot all night.

I sighed hearing his words throwing my head back. Just as frustrated with my myself as he is.

I can't focus. I can't get my head in the game.

All I can think about is Violet. I know what I did was for the best. Yes I will admit now. I wish I could be something more to her. But basketball comes first. The last time I let someone in was in high school and because of that I lost sight of what matters and that's basketball.

But right now I can't even make one shot. I can barely even pass. All I can think about is Violet. The way her face fell when I said those words to her. The way Azzi had not spoken to me out side of practice for going on week 2. The way she held that power over me. The way she's holding this power over me.

"EVERYONE TAKE 5 WHEN YOU COME BACK YOU BETTER HAVE YOUR SHIT TOGETHER OR YOUR RUNNINH SUICIDES!" Geno said before turning around and walking off.

"Twin what ever you're doing you need to get it together." Paige said coming up and smacking me on the ass. "I know I can't stop fucking thinking about Violet." I said whipping my face aggressively with a towel.

"Why don't you just talk to her?" Paige said like it was the easiest thing in the world. "It's not that easy. I can't be her girlfriend." I said bluntly.

"Or you can forget your trust issues. Violet is a good person. She wouldn't want to come between you and your goals." Paige said looking at me seriously.

"I mean look what she did to Austin. Now he'll never play football again." I said shrugging my shoulders. I knew as I said it that it was wrong.

"Hey no look at what Austin did to her. Has Azzi shown you the pictures from last year?" Paige said so seriously. "No why?" I said confused. "Austin pushed her down the stairs. There was a mirror at the bottom and when she landed she broke it. There were massive bruises and cuts all over her body. She had to get 10 stitches to her head. She hit the mirror with her head. The doctors said that if she would have come down even one little bit harder she would have shattered her skull."Paige said seriously. "Don't tell her I told you that." She hurriedly added.

I stood there in shock for a moment. How could anyone do that to Violet. Sweet, caring and kind Violet. She wouldn't hurt a fly. She almost died because of that mother fucker and still stayed with him for almost another year. If he wasn't expelled I would be on my way to that stupid frat house to kick his ass.

"Oh my god she makes me so maddd!" I said throwing my head back against my pillows. Kaylee avy and I all laid on my bed for going on hour 3 now.

"Why don't you just talk to her?" Avy said slightly fed up with my complaints.

"Because she needs to be running back to me. I am amazing and she didn't treat me like that so she needs to realize that so I can get some bomb ass head again." I said my tone speaking as if it was the most obvious thing ever.

"Okay so why don't you just make her jealous?" Kaylee piped in. "You are the smartest woman I know. I love you. When's the next party?" I said excitedly sitting up and pulling out my phone.

"Umm I think there might be one tonight. It is a Saturday. Let me text Connor." She said talking about her boyfriend. Well ex boyfriend I have no idea honestly. "You guys are back together?" I said questioning the girl.

"Nope not at all. Not when he thinks he can call me a bitch." She said bluntly. I just nodded along as she waited for a response. "Yup one tonight starts at 9pm. Why are we going to a party?" She said confused.

"Because...." I Said as I sent the message on my phone. "I just texted Azzi inviting the whole team. I said it's been a long week y'all are doing great working so hard to come out and have some fun. Now you two are gonna help me look super hot. And I'm gonna kiss as many girls as I need to get nikas attention. Then she'll get jealous and run back to me." I said pointing my thumbs at myself proudly after explaining my plan.

"Let's do this!"
