It is nighttime. The radio is playing Céline Dion's "When I Fall In Love", a duet with Clive Griffin. Unpleasant finally made to Split's home.
Split smiled.
Split: "Thank you. For everything. That was really very nice of you. And- I'm sorry about before." (Sighs) "I was very unlike me."
Split sighed lightly.
Split: "Do you think you'll need help finding your way back?"
Unpleasant looked away from her briefly, before turning off the car.
Unpleasant: (looks at Split) "Are you not married?"
That is such a bold question from Unpleasant, in my opinion.
Split: "Oh- Unpleasant- Life is so different In America. Uh- here a woman can- I know this is difficult to understand but a woman can...fulfill her potential. Um-" (she paused for a moment) "There are opportunities, to do something. Uh- do good really improve the world."
Unpleasant: "Do you like men?"
Split: "Y-yes."
Split: "But- it's no so simple."
Just before Split is about to saying something.
Unpleasant: "Are you lesbian?"
Split: (swallows) "No."
Unpleasant: "All right. If you are lesbian."
Unpleasant: "I like lesbian."
Split: "Unpleasant...I'm sorry...but- this conversation has become a bit strange for me."
Split: "So thank you f-for the ride. I uh I uh-"
Unpleasant leaned towards Split and they kissed.
They both pull away.
Split: "Well then... goodnight, and um...I'll see you in-"
Unpleasant wrapped an arm around Split and they both kiss again.
They both pull away again.
Split blinked a few times.
Split: "Would you like to come inside? ...for a cup of tea?"
