"Rui?" My voice was shaky, still filled with the adrenaline of the situation that unraveled just a mere few hours ago.
I was mortified, terrified that Rui would and could do something as.. Reckless as that. I was.. So, so worried.
"Tsukasa-kun." I could feel Rui rest his hand on mine.
"Rui.. That was so stupid! Why.. How.. Could you do something like that?!" I bursted out, tears starting to stream down my cheeks. my chest felt tight. It hurt. it hurt so bad.
the room fell dead silent, only the faint beeps of the machines were audible.
I could feel Rui's hand squeeze mine tightly.
"Tsukasa-kun.." he finally spoke, his voice breaking.
I sighed.. "i'm sorry.. i'm just worried."
I knew he regretted his actions. I knew i couldn't blame him for what he did.. i would have done the same. He was scared, I was scared... it was a whole repeating cycle of fear and terror. in this situation.
