Belle nodded, "I know."
"Well shit." I rolled over so my head was dangling upside down over the edge of the beanbag. "What am I gonna do when I'm not saving your ass anymore?"
"Save Luke's." Belle offered with a chuckle. "Wanna go get coffee or something?"
"Yeah, that's a great idea." I agreed. We decided to take my car. There was a cute little coffee shop in the middle of the town that we both loved. Upon walking in, it smelled like cinnamon rolls and vanilla coffee. Only a few people were in there, so we got our usual orders of a mocha latte and an iced caramel coffee in no time.
I sipped my mocha and looked out the window at the raw weather, "Spring can't come fast enough."
"You can say that again." Belle looked out the window with me. "My parents said I can go on the tour. I'm doing the homeschool option like you."
"YES." I yelled, but lowered my voice immediately after. "This tour is gonna be the best thing we've ever done."
Belle swirled her straw around her drink. "I'm kinda worried. I like being around Michael and Luke, but I'm nervous to meet the other boys. What if they don't like me? Or they convince Michael to break up with me?"
I shook my head, "That's not gonna happen, Belle. Michael's head over heels for you and you know it. I don't think Cal and Ash would want to make him unhappy."
"Yeah, I guess you're right." She sighed. But there was something else in the back of her mind. Something she was very worried about.
"Just tell me what it is." I ordered, taking another sip of my hot chocolatey coffee goodness.
Belle bit her lip. "Honestly, I'm scared to have the 1D boys around all the time. Especially-"
"Harry I know." If I sounded aggravated, it's because I was. I knew very well Harry had a thing for me. I also knew very well I probably shouldn't be talking to him, but all Luke had ever said about it was that he was happy I was becoming friends with his friends. He didn't seem to remember all the stuff he told me about Harry when he was drunk. "I can take care of myself, Belle. I appreciate you being concerned about all this, but I've got a handle on the situation."
"You may but Harry obviously doesn't." Belle retorted. "I know you love Luke. I've heard you talk about him for years. Believe me, I know. But Harry doesn't know and that's my point. He probably thinks you and Luke are just casually seeing each other. You need to tell him that you and Luke are in a serious relationship."
I bit my lip, knowing she was right. I hadn't told Harry how serious I was about Luke. I had just assumed that he knew. I mean, the rest of the 5sos fam knew. "This is fucking insane." I muttered. "I'll talk to Harry tonight. He always asks about Luke, so I'll use the L word."
Belle looked a tad shocked. "You're going to tell Harry you're in love with Luke?"
I nodded, "Yeah, that's the plan. I mean, I told my mom I'm in love with Luke. I tell Luke that I'm in love with him and he tells me the same thing."
Belle shook her head, "I'd make fun of you if I wasn't in the same boat."
I gasped, "Michael told you he loves you?"
A deep crimson blush took over her face, "Yeah, he did. Or he has. He's said it quite a few times since we first started dating. Why, when did Luke tell you he loved you?"
"The same day he told me I should start singing. We were going out to lunch and 'Neon Lights' by Demi Lovato came on the radio so I sang the whole thing. Then 'Boulevard of Broken Dreams' by Green day came on and I sung all that too. Luke just kinda looked at me like I was an alien or something and then started laughing like crazy." I grinned into my coffee while I told the story. Recalling the memory gave me butterflies. "And he just goes 'you're an amazing singer' to which I told him I absolutely was not. He shook his head and said 'I love you when you're wrong.' I was a little shocked but he started at me and was like 'I do love you, Savannah.'"
