AMELIAS POV

I did a thing. I got engaged to James, and then got unengaged. I thought I wanted the life he wanted, but I don't. I'm terrified to have a child after Christopher that I don't know if I want more children, and all he wants is children. All he wants is a perfect family of a mother and father and kids. I can't do it. I can't be that person for him. He would be so happy but I would be so miserable. I talked to Meredith about it and she told me it's okay to leave. She had a mother that didn't want her, and she had a best friend who was the same way - Cristina. She told me I'd be unhappy if I stayed. So I left. I told James I couldn't do it and I left. I moved out of Los Angeles and to Seattle to be with Meredith and Derek. Derek built Meredith this amazing dream house for them. I guess half the attendings and residents also live there because Derek told me I'd have to share the guest room with someone. I really don't mind, I mean I'm just staying there until I can get back up on my feet. I'm also excited to meet two of Meredith's half siblings. She found out she was related to Lexie and Maggie a while back, but I haven't been to Seattle in years.

I grabbed my suitcases out of the cab and walked up the long driveway to their house. I had shipped most of my stuff a few days ago and Derek told me he put it in the basement for storage at the moment. I knocked on the door and a blonde opened it. Someone I didn't recognize, but assumed she also lived here.

"Oh cool you must be Amelia," she said.

"Uh yeah," I said nervously, she was gorgeous, more than gorgeous, she was beautiful, "I'm Derek's sister."

"Yeah I know who you are, Derek was supposed to be home but got paged into an emergent surgery. You're sharing a room with me anyway, come on, I'll show you upstairs," she said.

"Okay," I nodded.

ARIZONAS POV

Damn it. She was hot. Of course she had to be hot. Derek couldn't have a normal looking sister, he had to have this jaw dropping and breath taking sister. Who I am now sharing a room with. This will be hell. She dropped her bags on the floor and laid down on her bed, which now was in the opposite corner of mine. I really don't mind sharing a room, I mean I'm only living here until I can get back off my feet from my divorce with Callie. Derek moved most of Amelia's stuff in here last night. Truly, she didn't have too much so it won't be a problem. Amelia suddenly rolled on her side and looked at me.

"What's your name?" she chuckled.

"Arizona," I said.

"Like the state?" she asked.

"Like the ship," I said.

"Cool," she said, "I'm Amelia."

"Already established," I joked.

"Do you work at the hospital?" she asked.

"Yeah I'm a pediatric surgeon," I said.

"Fancy," she said.

"What do you do?" I asked.

"Neurosurgery," she said.

"So you Shepherds are all crazy smart," I joked. I saw her blush for a moment and it was cute. The way her cheeks turned a little pink and she chuckled.

"Wouldn't say that," she said softly. This was going to be a rough living arrangement.
