The flight to Battle City has landed and you exit the plane when you head to it's destination that was created by Kaiba Corp. The stadium is packed with other duelist than you.
Some are different type of decks you have and they gathered around to wait for Seto Kaiba.
"Woah, look at everyone!" Jinx exclaims. "They look strong, don't ya think Toots?"
"More than I can possibly count." You whispered. "I can't believe this is real. I'm in a tournament to fight Duel Monsters."
"You seem exited. Maybe once we beat every opponent, we'll soon get the money and I can make an even awesome gadget I've been trying to buy at the weapon smith." Her eyes gleam.
"....I could use the money to buy a new sword at the weapon smith too. And to save Light's job as well." You thought about it.
"Oh yeah! Now that's what I'm talking about!" Jinx nudge you. "Just focus on beating your opponent and then the money is in good hands! Hell, you'll even share a portion."
Vi sighs. "Don't take money from someone who's gonna compete, Powder."
"She doesn't mind! Do you?" She asked you.
"Uh, well..."
"See, she doesn't mind."
Vi shook her head. "You're crazy."
"Hey, they don't call me Jinx, Sis."
"But do you know anything about dueling?" Vi questions.
"I read the rule book. (Y/n) needs 40 to 60 cards to play and she has to play five cards in her hand. She has 3 copies of the same card. There's her Deck, Extra Deck and Side Deck . Also, some cards are Forbidden, Limited or Semi-Limited in official tournaments."
"So how many monsters does she have?"
"20 monsters." You answered. "There are 20, spells and traps equal to ten. And 10 + 20 = 40 in my deck."
"Damn, you really are prepared."
"I've had my cards for a long time....and never had a chance to duel for real." You whispered the last part.
Vi raised a brow at you. "So what were you before?"
"As I said for the last 3 days, I'm an ex-Jedi. That's it." You crossed your arms and look away.
Vi was about to ask more when Jinx spotted two men walking over to you. "Hey, who are they?"
"Don't know." You shrugged.
"Let's see what they want."
"I think they just want to pick a fight." Vi cracks her knuckles.
"Let's not." You muttered and squint your eyes and realized those two are familiar with dirt blond and shaggy spike dark hair.
"Asben?" You asked seeing the dirt blond who recognize your long dark hair.
Asben gasp. "Little Sis!" He waste no time but to hug you. Vi and Jinx were confused. You know each other?
"Onee-san." You hugged back before pulling away until you meet the shaggy type.
"(L/n)....." he growls.
"Niro Price...." You match his scowls. You too were having a staring contest, Asben laughs nervously until Niro grins and started to mess with your hair half-hardheartedly.
"Well would you look at that. the baby dragon has grown some back-bone after all!" Niro laughs. "Looking forward to duel ya, Dragks!"
You huff and your lip turn upwards a but. "I'm gonna enjoy shutting you up."
