Olivia's POV

I woke up with a back ache as I slept on the couch. Let's say it's not that comfy and isn't made for a person to sleep all night. Katie and Viv were both still sleeping, it was only half past eight in the morning after all.

After some time laying and thinking about different things, I finally sit up and made my way to the kitchen to make some breakfast. I put some music but very low so I didn't wake any one up.

-

A little bit more than one hour after, I listened steps from the corridor so I turned my head to see which one of these two is up. Obviously it wasn't Katie, as she was not super drunk but drunk enough to know that she won't be up at least for one more hour.

I smiled at Viv and she returned one, I motioned to her to come here and sit with me, so we both watched some Grey' Anatomy for a little bit, a good distraction for her after last night's little breakdown.

After two episodes, we heard Katie coming our way. We looked at her and laugh at her state, she had her face scrunched because of the sunlight.

"How did you sleep Katie?" I ask her

"Good, I think as soon as I put my body on the mattress I was out" she says tiredly.

"Let me grab some aspirin and water for you, and I'll begin now to make some breakfast for all of us." I say while standing up and Katie sitting on my spot.

Leah's POV

As I woke up, I felt something on me. I looked down and Beth was cuddled with me, she must have done it her sleep. I carefully slip out of her grasp and went downstairs, Lia was on the couch watching some series on Netflix. I joined her and sat next to her, we chatted for a little bit until Beth came down, we then all moved to the kitchen to have breakfast.

"How you feeling Beth?" Lia asks while making some toast.

"I've been better" she says and shrugs

"Beth, everything's gonna be okay, but if you need a distraction or anything don't doubt to come to any of us or Jen or Steph okay?" I tell her while rubbing her back

"I know thank you for everything really, yesterday was meant to be a day to celebrate a great victory and we didn't"

"Don't worry I think only a few of the girls stayed there, Olivia also didn't stay long" I say

"Why?" Lia asks

"She told me she was driving Katie and Viv back to hers because Viv wasn't in the mood" I say "So it doesn't matter, we'll celebrate another day when the circumstances are better"

"Is Viv okay? I saw her at the pub a little bit down, I know we don't really get on, but I mean we are teammates after all so I'm worried, does anyone of you know?" Beth asks, but me and Lia both shake our heads. "Okay, hopefully she'll feel better today"

"I can ask Liv, maybe she can tell me later" I say

"I mean, I don't want it to be like gossip, but you know we've been getting to know each other  as friends and teammates and yeah, just a little bit worried but nothing major" Beth says quietly

"It's okay, if I know something I'll let you know if it's important or not, or maybe she will tell herself if you two develop a friendship" I say and Lia hums in agreement.

"Maybe, we'll see" Beth says "I'll just focus on football now, and try to get over the break up or at least not think about it all during this break"

"That's good, if you ever need a distraction you can call us" Lia says with a smile
