Days blurred into nights as the ransom negotiations dragged on. Q remained trapped, but slowly, he found himself observing Min more than fearing him. "You're different from what I expected," Q said one evening, leaning back against the wall, testing his boundaries.
Min arched an eyebrow, intrigued. "And what did you expect?"
"Someone brutal... a monster," Q replied with a half-smile.
Min chuckled, the sound softening his hardened exterior. "I suppose we all wear masks, don't we?"
As the days passed, their conversations became deeper, revealing layers of pain and loneliness in both their lives. Min had his demons, and Q found himself drawn to the man behind the kidnapping. Against all logic, an undeniable connection began to blossom, electrifying the air between them.
