But love in a kidnapping scenario was a fragile thing. Each day brought new texts from Q's parents, frantic and desperate for his return. Min's resolve began to waver. He hadn't intended to fall for his captive; it was both exhilarating and terrifying.
One night, as Q stood by the narrow window, staring at the moon's glow, he felt a weight surge inside him. "Min, how long can we keep this up?" he asked, voice barely above a whisper.
Min stepped closer, a conflicted storm brewing in his eyes. "I don't want to hurt you. But I don't know how to end this either."
The air crackled with tension, and Q felt the stirrings of a plan he hadn't quite formed yet. Freedom, though uncharted, began to beckon to him like an elusive dream.
