Angel stood in the hallway, glancing down at her watch as she called out to the kids. "Rodney, Melo, Laiyah! You ready?" The house was buzzing with excitement as they were about to set out for a day of fun and adventure. Today was all about family, and Angel had planned a packed day that she hoped would create memories they'd talk about for years to come.

Laiyah bounded down the stairs first, her curly hair bouncing wildly as she grabbed Angel's hand. "I'm ready, Mama! Let's go!"

Melo followed her, cool and laid back as usual, but there was an unmistakable spark of excitement in his eyes. "I'm ready, too. Where we going first?"

Rodney was the last to come down, but his pace was unhurried as he slipped on his headphones and gave Angel a casual nod. "Let's do this."

Angel grinned, loving the sight of her kids all geared up and excited for the day. "Alright, let's head out. First stop: the mall. I promised your mom I'd grab her something while we're out."

As they climbed into the G-Wagon, Angel pulled out her phone to send Monica a quick text: Heading out with the kids now. We're gonna have a blast. Love you!

The mall was bustling with people, the sounds of chatter and footsteps echoing through the wide corridors. Angel held Laiyah's hand while Melo and Rodney walked ahead, already discussing which stores they wanted to hit first.

"Can we go to that sneaker store? The one that has all the Jordans?" Melo asked, his eyes lighting up as they passed by Foot Locker.

"Of course," Angel said, guiding them toward the store. "We'll grab you guys some kicks. I've been meaning to get Monica a couple pairs too."

Inside the store, Angel watched as Rodney and Melo immediately gravitated toward the latest releases, while Laiyah was more interested in the brightly colored sneakers in the women's section. Angel, meanwhile, scanned the shelves until she found two pairs of sneakers she knew Monica would love—one pair of sleek black and gold Nikes and another set of classic white Air Force 1s.

"Mom's gonna love these," Rodney said, glancing over at Angel's picks. "She's always talking about needing new kicks."

Angel smiled, knowing Monica would appreciate the gesture. "Yeah, she deserves something nice."

After purchasing the sneakers, Angel ushered the kids out of the store, their hands full of shopping bags. They made their way toward their next stop, iFLY, the indoor skydiving center that Angel knew would be a hit.

As they arrived at iFLY, the kids' excitement was palpable. Rodney and Melo were both eager to get suited up, while Laiyah nervously clung to Angel's side.

"Are you sure this is safe?" Laiyah asked, looking up at Angel with wide eyes.

Angel chuckled, kneeling down to her level. "Absolutely. It's just like flying, but with the wind keeping you up. You'll have fun, trust me."
