After an exhilarating week in Belize, Monica and Angel had returned with their kids, eager to settle back into their routines while still riding the high of their unforgettable vacation. The memories of their time spent lounging on the beach, exploring the jungles, and sharing intimate moments were still fresh in their minds.

"Okay, everyone! Gather around!" Monica called out, her voice echoing through the spacious living room. The kids, still buzzing from the excitement of their vacation, quickly made their way into the room, their faces lit up with curiosity.

"What's going on, Mom?" Rodney asked, plopping down on the couch.

"I have something special planned for you all today," Monica said, a mischievous grin spreading across her face. "We're going to have a surprise for you, and I think you're going to love it."

Rodney's eyes widened. "What is it? Tell us!"

"Not yet! You'll have to wait," Monica teased. "But first, I want you all to sit tight while I make a quick call."

Monica stepped into the adjoining room, pulling out her phone. She needed to reach out to her manager, about an upcoming performance she had been booked for. While the kids chatted excitedly among themselves, she dialed the familiar number, her heart racing a little as she prepared to discuss her next steps.

"Hey, Monica! How was your trip?" Ant's deep voice greeted her on the other end.

"It was amazing! We had the best time in Belize. I really needed that break," Monica replied, smiling at the memories.

"That's great to hear! So, I wanted to talk to you about the upcoming performance at the Chicago Music Fest next month. Are you still on board?" Ant asked, his tone professional.

"Absolutely! I'm really excited about it. What do we need to work on?" Monica inquired, eager to dive back into her music career.

"Well, we need to finalize your setlist and rehearse. I think we should highlight some of your newer songs, but we can also incorporate some classics that the crowd will love," her manager Ant suggested.

"Sounds perfect. I want to make it a show that everyone remembers," Monica replied, her passion igniting. "Let's set up some rehearsal dates. I'll send you my availability."

"Great! I'll get that on the calendar. I can't wait to see you on stage again!" He said.

After wrapping up the call, Monica returned to the living room, where the kids were buzzing with excitement.

"Okay, are you all ready for the surprise?" Monica announced, clapping her hands together.

"Yeah!" the kids shouted in unison.

"Alright! So, today, we're heading to the studio!" Monica exclaimed.

Rodney's eyes lit up. "Wait, are you serious? Like, my studio session?"

"Yep! But not just any session," Angel chimed in, joining Monica. "We've arranged for you to work with Timbaland!"

Rodney practically jumped out of his seat, his excitement palpable. "No way! Are you kidding me? This is going to be the best day ever!"

Monica laughed at his enthusiasm. "I'm glad you're excited! We'll head over to the studio in about an hour, so let's get you all ready."

The kids rushed off to get dressed, the sound of laughter and chatter filling the house as they prepared for the surprise. Monica and Angel exchanged knowing smiles, their hearts swelling with pride as they watched their son's excitement.

When it was finally time to leave, they piled into the G Wagon, the energy in the car electric as they drove to the studio. Rodney couldn't stop talking about what he wanted to create and how he hoped to collaborate with Timbaland.
