Teto paced back and forth in the dimly lit room, her boots hitting the floor with sharp, deliberate clicks. The tension in the air was thick, and the faces of the other UTAUloids reflected the seriousness of the situation. They sat around a long, makeshift table, each one of them listening intently to Teto’s words, a grim sense of determination settling over the group.
"Enough is enough," Teto said, her voice low but laced with anger. "We’ve been ignored, cast aside, and ridiculed for far too long. The Vocaloids have held the spotlight for years, but now…" She paused, her eyes narrowing. "Now, we strike back."
Beside her, Defoko nodded silently, her face blank but her eyes reflecting a glint of agreement. Tei Sukone leaned back in her chair, her arms crossed as she watched Teto intently, while Momo Momone, normally cheerful, looked unusually solemn.
Teto continued, her voice growing stronger with each word. "They think we’re weak. They think we’ll just sit back and watch as they take everything. But they’re wrong. The UTAUloids are more than capable, and we’re going to show them just how strong we are." She slammed her fist on the table for emphasis, her eyes blazing with intensity.
The group murmured in agreement. They had all felt the sting of being overlooked in favor of the Vocaloids. Now, with tensions at an all-time high after Meiko’s arrest, the time for action had come.
Teto clenched her fists, the memories of everything that had happened fueling her anger. "They've taken everything from us—respect, recognition, and now… now they've taken away any chance at peace." Her voice quivered slightly, but she quickly regained her composure. "I won't let them get away with it. I won’t let Miku—" She spat Miku’s name like it was venom on her tongue. "—or any of them continue to rule over us like they’re better. We’re done playing nice."
As Teto spoke, one figure in the corner of the room remained silent, watching the scene with an eerie calmness. Ritsu Namine sat back in her chair, her arms resting on the armrests as her eyes darted between Teto and the other UTAUloids. Her lips curved into a small, knowing smile. Everything was going just as she had planned.
Teto was fired up. The UTAUloids were ready for action. And soon, the Vocaloids would be too busy dealing with the chaos to notice the true danger lurking in the shadows.
Ritsu had orchestrated everything perfectly—from the moment she leaked the news of Meiko’s arrest to the media, to planting seeds of distrust between the Vocaloids and the public. Every step had been calculated, and now the time was right for the final stage of her plan.
As the meeting continued, Ritsu’s thoughts drifted away from the passionate words of her fellow UTAUloids. In her mind, she envisioned the final pieces falling into place. Teto, driven by her hatred for Miku, would unknowingly serve as the perfect distraction, while Ritsu operated behind the scenes, pulling the strings of a far darker plot.
The UTAUloids wanted war, but Ritsu wanted annihilation.
As the meeting wrapped up, Teto’s rallying speech came to a close. “Tomorrow, we start fighting back. No more hiding in the shadows. We take our place, or we take them down.”
The others cheered softly, their resolve hardened, ready to stand against the Vocaloids. But as the room emptied and the group began to prepare for the next phase of their plan, Ritsu stayed behind, her smile widening into something far more sinister.
Now alone in the room, Ritsu pulled out her notebook, flipping to the page she had written in countless times over the past few weeks. Diagrams, notes, and timelines covered the pages, a clear map of her twisted plan. She studied it for a moment, then added one final detail to the corner of the page: eliminate the Vocaloids.
Her hand hovered over the page, the weight of her decision sinking in. The Vocaloids, the icons who had always overshadowed the UTAUloids, were going to die. All of them. Ritsu’s plan wasn’t just to cause a scandal or sow discord. That was only the beginning. She was planning something far worse—something that would wipe the Vocaloids from existence entirely.
She had spent months learning their routines, understanding their weaknesses. She knew where they lived, how they operated, and how to get close without them suspecting a thing. After all, no one ever expected Ritsu to be the one pulling the strings. She was too quiet, too reserved. Too easy to overlook.
But that had always been her advantage.
Ritsu stood up, walking toward the door as she closed her notebook with a soft snap. She paused for a moment, looking over her shoulder at the empty room. Teto’s words still echoed in the air, filled with anger and passion, but Teto had no idea how far this was really going to go.
By the time anyone realized what was happening, it would be too late. Ritsu would already be in place, ready to deliver the final blow.
A cold smile crossed her lips as she whispered to herself, “It’s time to end this.”
The Vocaloids wouldn’t just lose their fame. They wouldn’t just lose their standing. They would lose their lives.
