Today is the day. Tom is coming back home from the US. It's been three months since you last saw your boyfriend. You couldn't visit him because of your university classes.

You arrived at the airport right on time, your heart pounding with excitement. The anticipation was nearly unbearable. It had been three long months since you'd last seen Tom, and though you tried to stay strong, you missed him terribly. The texts and late-night FaceTime calls weren't enough; you needed to feel his warmth, hear his laugh in person, and see the way his eyes crinkled when he smiled.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, you spotted him. He looked tired but still impossibly handsome in his dark coat and maroon sweater, pulling his suitcase behind him. The moment your eyes met, you couldn't hold back.

"Tommy!" you called out, your voice ringing with joy.

Tom's face lit up as he saw you. He let go of his suitcase, leaving it for Harry to deal with, and broke into a run, meeting you halfway. Without thinking, you jumped into his arms, and he caught you effortlessly, holding you close. Your legs wrapped around his waist, and your arms clung to his neck as if you'd never let go.

"Gosh, darling, I missed you so much," Tom whispered into your hair, his voice thick with emotion. He held you so tightly you could feel the rapid beat of his heart against your chest.

"I missed you too, so, so much," you replied, your voice barely more than a breath as you buried your face in the crook of his neck, inhaling his familiar scent that you'd longed for.

Your lips met in a soft, tender kiss, full of the love and longing that had built up over the months. It was gentle, yet powerful, and as his lips moved against yours, the world seemed to fall away.

You were so wrapped up in each other that you didn't even hear the loud clearing of a throat until Harry spoke up, his voice dripping with sarcasm. "Uh, we're here too, if you haven't noticed."

You pulled back slightly, still holding onto Tom, and looked over at Harry and Jack, who were watching with amused smiles. Tom reluctantly let you down, and you turned to the others with a sheepish grin.

"Of course, I missed you guys too," you said, pulling them into hugs, one after the other. Harry squeezed you tight, lifting you off your feet for a moment before setting you down.

"You're like the sister I never had," Harry teased as he released you, but there was genuine affection in his voice. "Tom wouldn't shut up about how much he missed you. It was sickening."

"Don't act like you didn't miss her too," Tom shot back playfully, wrapping an arm around your shoulders and pulling you close to his side.

Jack, who had been standing back with a grin, finally stepped forward. "I'd be offended if you didn't miss me," he joked as he pulled you into a hug.

"How could I not?" you teased, feeling a warmth spread through your chest at being surrounded by the people you cared about most.

As you all made your way out of the airport, Tom's hand never left yours. His fingers intertwined with yours as though he needed the reassurance that you were really there beside him.

Once you reached the car, Tom pulled you aside for a moment, his eyes soft as they gazed into yours. "I don't think I can ever leave you for that long again," he murmured, his thumb brushing over your cheek.

You leaned into his touch, feeling tears prick the corners of your eyes. "It was hard, but you were worth the wait," you whispered, your voice trembling slightly with the weight of your emotions.

Tom's eyes glistened as he leaned in, pressing his forehead to yours. "I love you so much, Y/n. I never want to be apart from you again."

"I love you too, Tommy," you replied, your heart swelling with the depth of your feelings. "We'll make it work, no matter what. I'll always be here, waiting for you."

Tom kissed you again, a slow, lingering kiss that spoke of promises and the future you would build together. When you finally pulled away, both of you were smiling, your hearts light and full.

Harry, ever the prankster, chose that moment to roll his eyes dramatically. "Alright, lovebirds, let's get going before I lose my lunch," he called out, already sliding into the backseat of the car.

You and Tom laughed, and with a final squeeze of his hand, you climbed into the car together, your hearts beating in sync, knowing that no matter the distance, your love would always bring you back to each other.
