The morning sun peeked through the skyscrapers, casting long shadows on the busy streets of New York. Horns blared, people hurried past each other, and the usual chaos filled the city. But none of it mattered to Peter Parker. Not today.

All Peter could think about was you. His Omega. His mate.

Last night had been nothing short of torture. Your heat had hit like a storm, and you'd called him, your voice trembling with need. Peter had been ready to leap out of his bedroom window, his Alpha instincts kicking in. He needed to be with you, to take care of you. But then your parents had interfered, completely unaware of his abilities or the urgency of the situation. They refused to let him come over, worried about him walking alone at night through the dangerous streets of New York.

If only they knew he could be there in seconds, swinging from rooftops faster than any cab could drive.

As the night dragged on, Peter's phone had buzzed nonstop with your desperate texts:

"Peter, please..."

"I need you, Alpha..."

Each message was like a knife to his chest, his wolf restless inside him, pacing, growling, clawing to get out. His muscles had tensed painfully, every part of him yearning to be by your side. But instead, he was stuck in his room, fists clenched, trying to control himself as the minutes ticked by. Sleep had been impossible, his mind filled with the image of you, alone, suffering through your heat without him.

Now, sitting in Mr. Harrington's class, Peter could barely sit still. His leg bounced uncontrollably under the desk, and his fingers tapped nervously on his notebook. He hadn't heard from you this morning, and it was driving him insane. Were you okay? Were you crying for him? Curled up in your nest, clutching his shirt to your chest as you whined for him?

He couldn't take it anymore.

Ned, sitting beside him, gave Peter a concerned glance. "Dude, you're, like, vibrating."

Peter let out a frustrated breath, his voice tight. "She hasn't texted me back, Ned. I'm freaking out. I can't just sit here. She needs me."

Ned's expression softened. "Then go. Just... tell Mr. Harrington it's a family thing or something. You know, 'urgent family business.'"

Peter gave him a sideways glance, running his fingers through his messy curls. "Right, because 'urgent family business' will totally convince him to let me skip class."

Ned shrugged helplessly. "It's better than nothing, man. You can't just sit here, biting your nails."

Peter's heart raced as he looked toward the front of the room, where Mr. Harrington was droning on about the importance of the periodic table. How was he supposed to tell his teacher that his Omega was in heat and he had to leave? He rubbed the back of his neck, groaning quietly. "This is ridiculous. I can't just-"

"I'll do it," a voice interrupted.

Peter whipped his head around to see MJ, cool and calm as ever, standing from her desk. She hadn't said much all morning, but now, with her eyes narrowed and her hands casually in her pockets, she strode over to Mr. Harrington's desk with purpose.

"MJ, no-" Peter hissed, but it was too late.

She leaned casually against the desk and looked Mr. Harrington square in the eye. "Mr. Harrington," she began, her voice flat but firm, "Peter needs to leave. His Omega, Y/n, is in heat, and he needs to be with her."
