Travis walked into their kitchen after practice, his eyes lighting up as he saw Taylor standing at the counter. Without hesitation, he wrapped his arms around her from behind. "Hi," he whispered with a devilish grin, kissing her neck softly.
Taylor leaned back into him, smiling, but playfully warned, "You know the tradition, no sex the night before the wedding."
Travis chuckled against her skin. "Well, technically, this is only half of our wedding." he countered, spinning her around to face him. Without missing a beat, he kissed on the lips.
Taylor laughed, gently pushing him back. "Okay, but you've got thirty-five minutes before we hit the twenty four-hour window."
He grinned, not needing any more encouragement. "Alright, nah. Thirty-five minutes? Let's go."
They both raced up the stairs to their bedroom, laughing as they tore through the house. Soon enough, they were lying in bed, Taylor resting comfortably in Travis's arms, her hand lightly running up and down his chest.
"Tomorrow at this time, I'll be Mrs. Kelce," Taylor mused.
Travis tightened his hold on her, kissing the top of her head. "I can't wait for you to be my wife. Honestly, if you think about it, this shouldn't have worked out. You and me. We were on completely different paths. You in the music world, me in football. But here we are, and it's the final countdown. No cold feet, right?"
Taylor laughed, shaking her head. "No cold feet here."
Travis exhaled. "I'm going to stay with Jason and my dad tonight at my old house, so we can have some tradition. We don't want to break all the rules, right?"
Taylor smiled and nodded. "Okay, I'll miss you tonight, but Mom will be here. I'll invite your mom to stay with mine, and maybe Kylie too. Austin and Sydney aren't here until tomorrow, remember?"

The next day, Taylor stood at the back of the chapel, taking a deep breath as she smoothed the silk of her dress. It was a simple Vivienne Westwood gown, timeless and elegant, with a fitted bodice that flared into a soft, flowing skirt. The long sleeves hugged her arms, and the dress featured a plunging open back that added just the right amount of drama.
The decision to work with Vivienne had come naturally since Taylor had already partnered with the designer for the TTPD segment of her tour. No one would have thought twice about her having fittings done quickly, even for a white dress.
For her March reception, Taylor was going in a completely different direction with a Roberto Cavalli design that was sure to sparkle. She wanted that celebration to be bold and glamorous, but for today, her gown matched the intimacy of the moment, quietly beautiful and perfectly her.
Taylor glanced up and saw Kylie approaching. "Okay, Tay, I don't want to get weepy, but you are absolutely stunning. Trav is going to be crying like a baby when he sees you."
Taylor laughed. "I think we made the right choice, doing it this way before the big event in March. Everyone can be as emotional as they want, and it's just us."
Just then, Donna entered the room, her eyes wide with admiration. "Taylor, you are beautiful," she whispered, pulling her into a warm hug.
"Thank you, Donna," Taylor replied, her nerves bubbling up. "The nerves are starting to kick in."
Donna squeezed her hand. "Oh honey, it's okay. Travis is just as nervous. I was with him, and he's jumping around trying to calm himself down." After one more hug, Donna excused herself to go find her seat.
Next, Austin and Sydney came in. Austin stood back for a moment, holding Taylor's hands as he gently spun her around. "Teffy, this dress is you," he said, his eyes misting. "I'm going to go sit with Sydney before we start."
