Taylor was on the treadmill, earbuds in, completely immersed in an episode of Bridgerton, the season with Anthony and Kate. She was watching one of her favorite scenes, where the tension between the two characters was building. The drama and slow-burn had always been a guilty pleasure, especially in the early mornings when she could zone out and let herself get lost in her shows.

Then, as if summoned by the romance gods, Travis stepped into the room. His presence immediately lit up the space, a playful grin spreading across his face as he leaned against the doorframe, watching her. "Mama, you are looking fine this morning," he said with that unmistakable Kelce charm, his eyes twinkling.

Taylor paused the episode and slowed the treadmill, laughing a little as she glanced over at him. "I don't know if I like being called 'mama' in a sexy way," she teased, wiping the light sheen of sweat from her forehead, "maybe it'll grow on me?"

"I'm heading out in a few for practice then I should have a couple of hours before I need to leave for the flight," Travis reminding her.

"I'm just going to get the house ready for the gang tomorrow, and I've got some baking and prep to do," Taylor replied, already planning out the day in her head.

"I might have to sneak a bite since I'm missing out on the party," Travis teased with a grin, leaning down and surprising her by gently biting her shoulder.

"Not you, the baked goods," he added with a laugh, pulling back and winking at her.

Taylor laughed, playfully swatting him before shimmying her shoulders in her orange sports bra and matching running shorts. "Oh, you're definitely missing out if you're thinking about cookies instead of this," she teased, flashing him a mischievous grin.

Travis raised an eyebrow, his grin widening as he leaned in closer. "Well, I guess I'll just have to come back for seconds, huh?" he said, his voice low and teasing.

She rolled her eyes, laughing. "You better get to practice before you get yourself in trouble."

"I'm going, I'm going," he said, heading for the door but not before giving her one last playful look. "But don't think I won't be back for more... of everything. Love you."

"Love you too," Taylor called after him with a smirk, watching him leave before turning back to her day.

Once Travis was out the door, Taylor slipped into her oversized teal hoodie and headed to the kitchen. As she moved between the counter and oven, she was on a mission get both the donuts and cookies done before the afternoon. Taking note that she felt a little... off. Her body, which she knew so well from years of intense training and preparation for her tours, suddenly felt foreign to her. There were moments when she completely forgot she was pregnant, but today something felt different. But then, without warning, a wave of nausea hit her, stronger than before. She grab her tea and sat down, taking a deep breath.

"Okay," she whispered to her stomach, "how about we make a deal? You be nice to me, and I'll take you to Disneyland or buy you a puppy. But I'd prefer if you were a cat person. Deal?" She chuckled at herself, realizing she was already trying to bribe her child.

A little while later, Travis returned, hoping to steal a cookie from the cooling rack. "Can I swipe one of these?" he yelled out, not seeing her in the kitchen.

"Taylor?" he called, walking down the hall until he heard her voice, muffled and low.

"I'm in here," she said, her voice grumbling from behind the powder room door.

Travis knocked gently and opened the door a crack. "Can I come in?"

"Yeah, but fair warning, I'm a hot mess," Taylor replied, sitting on the floor with her back against the cool tiled wall, knees pulled up to her chest. She looked pale, a towel pressed to her neck as she wiped away sweat.
