Lani's POV

I was just pacing around biting my nails. I was nervous abt my necklace cuz Ddot never gave me an update on it. Then I heard a knock on my door

Lani- who the hell is that

It was Ddot with my necklace

Lani- ITS FIXED OMG THANK YOU MUDDY

Ddot- you welcome

I gave him a side hug and put it on. I was so happy but that happiness didn't last long.

Ddot- what's wrong now. Also yall got food?

Lani- hungry ass bruh. And me and DD got into a lil argument the other day

Ddot- abt what

Lani- abt- are yu eating my hot Cheetos!!!???

Ddot- I said I was hungry

Lani- whatever. We got into it bc I wouldn't tell him abt the necklace

Ddot- well why didn't yu

Lani-idk I thought he would be mad. And I didn't want him to spend money on fixing it since it was my fault it broke in the first place.

Ddot- true. But yk DD not like that, he couldn't care less abt the shit he buys yu. He just wants yu to be happy

Lani- how do yu know that?

Ddot- dude he talks abt yu 25/8 how do I not  know. Btw yu got any soda

Lani- in the fridge

I sat down and thought abt what Ddot had said. All this time I thought he would be mad but really he just wanted to know so he could fix it and didn't want to see me upset (duhhhh. My fault but anyway)

Lani- I have to- DAMN NIGGA YOU DRANK TWO OF THE LAST SODAS

Ddot- I'll buy yall some more

Lani- you're the reason my mom spends almost her whole paycheck on groceries. Cuz yo fat ass don't want to eat

Ddot- it's not my fault yall got the good stuff ova here. Plus this is your way of payin me back

Lani- whatever fat ass. Can yu take me to DD's house rq

Ddot- yeah I was abt to go ova there anyway

So he drove me to DD's house but I was so nervous idk why but I just was. I knocked and the door and he opened it.

DD- wsp Ddot, and what yu doin here

He said lookin at me mugging a lil bit

Lani- I just want to talk

He let us in and took me upstairs while Ddot was with Jstar and all them.

DD- I see yu got yo necklace on

Lani- yeah abt that. The reason why I didn't have it on the other day was bc I got into a fight a couple days ago and the girl pulled it off

DD- yeah I saw the video. But why yu ain't just tell me in the beginning

Lani- bc I didn't want yu to be mad that it broke

He just laughed a lil bit and motioned me to sit on his lap

DD- Lani. I will never get mad at sumn like that. But what I will get mad at is when yu won't tell me what's wrong and try to keep it a secret.

Lani-mhm

DD- listen. That necklace means nun to me, I just bought it bc I knew yu would like it. The only thing I care abt when it comes to yu is that smile.

Lani- ik

Lani- I love yu too

We started kissing and then he pulled away and said

DD- and remember IM RICH ASF

And he started tickling me and I was laughin so hard

Lani- ok ok ok. I get it.

DD- ard then so you won't keep secrets anymore

Lani- I never- yes I won't keep secrets anymore

DD- ok then. I got us so dw bout nun

Lani- ok.

DD- cmon lets go back downstairs

I got up and so did he. And he took my hand and we went downstairs

Jayklickin- aww look at the couple

DD- man shut yo ass up

Lani- anyways

Dee- aye Lani come play me in this game rq

Lani- ok

And that was it. I hung out wit him and his homeboys got high and tired, so DD let me spend the night at his house. We went to sleep and I thought to myself
