Enzo ate me. No he devoured me. He devoured me like a starved man got warm good after days and months of hunger.

How could he climb up and down from the balcony like that. I mean I know he is muscular and his muscles didn't appear in just a day. They were built because of constant hardwork and intense training.

The next day I went to college. Talked to Susie. I was going shopping with her today, which I talked about to Arkadi during morning breakfast. I just wanted to inform him I would be late. In response he sent a bodyguard with a driver today.

I hate it every time I want to go out with her. I always end up with a bodyguard right next to me. Though he would be dressed in casuals and follow me from a distance just to not make people suspicious and more aware of my presence.

But Susie is a smart girl. She figured someone familiar always followed us from a distance. So I have to change my bodyguard every now and then.

I hate it. How I have to lie about my life, about Enzo from her. She is my only friend. I love talking to her, spending my time with her. She had such a beautiful mind and she is a reader like me. Talking about my novels with someone who has equal love and crazy for them is bonding on another level.

We roam around the mall, shopping, talking and laughing.
After hours of walking and carrying heavy shopping bags we were exhausted. And settled in McDonald's. Ordering a bunch of cheeseburgers, fries and soda.
Shopping and junk food are the things that girls want.

After filling up our tummies with it. We called it a day and called for separate cabs.

I sat in cab for a short distance and stopped it. Giving him money I left the cab and sat in my chauffeured car.
The driver and bodyguard settled in front I sat at the back with a couple of shopping bags, which were unable to fit in the boot.

What! our shopping trip was due for months,and with spring approaching, I had to have new floral print dresses and cute tops for uni and certain formals for my internship which will start soon. I am all set to make a good impression with my business acumen and my power suits.

As I reached home. Yes I have started referring the palace home. It feels like it now. I have been living here for almost year. With Lily and Liam and even Arkadi. It does feel like home. Arkadi is not a very expressive man but he spends time with me and my siblings, even though he stays quite most of times. He preferred to have breakfast and dinner with us religiously and talk about our days. He is trying and he is there which is most important of all.

It was dinner time almost. I went to Lily and Liam's room hugged them. They are growing so fast. I handed them their bags what I bought for them. Some dresses for Lily, which she loved and some tshirts and jeans for Liam which he liked but was not as excited as Lily.
I brought some balle flats for Lily and some shoes for Liam as well.

I asked about their day at school. About their studies and about football. Liam apparently been crazy about it lately andhe is good at it too as his sports teacher says.

At dinner I brought a small bag in my hand and placed it front of Arkadi on the table.
"It's for you".
He looked at it and opened it. They were some cufflinks. His lips twitch in a smile. "Thank you, they are nice" he said.

We ate dinner. Although I was not very hungry considery I had a very very heavy late lunch. We talked. Liam told everyone about the goals that he made today during his game. Lily talked about how she answered questions in science class and I noticed at Liam bowing his head down and eating his food at that. I narrowed my eyes at him and he gave me a little innocent smile. He is so in trouble.

When I entered the bedroom I found Enzo sitting on the chair across the room with one leg folded over his another and his ankle resting over his other knee. I got scared at first.
"You should seriously work on your entry style".

He didn't said anything.

I walked towards him and crossed my arms over my chest and stopped just in front of him.

He stood up. I hate how tall he is and his broad shoulders in a fine suit.

He started walking and my steps falls back. As he moved one leg forward I moved my leg opposite to it backwards. We kept on walking like it until I hit the bed and fall on it. Enzo catches me in his arms midway only to let me fall over again.

I fell on the soft bed and he hovered over me after kicking out of his shoes.
He removed my jeans and underwear in one sharp movement and then tore my top. Leaving me only in my bra. His eyes took in my naked body slowly from my head to my toes. My body burns under his scrutiny.
